Very happy with this one. Three racks really enables this dishwasher to hold so much more. I no longer have extra dishes to hand wash after dinner. It's very quiet. Love the light and the timer that tells you how much time is left in the washing cycle, too.

KitchenAid Dishwasher Review

It has multiple washes and drying times for different size loads. We are extremely happy with our purchase and recommend this dishwasher.

Our previous LG showed problems after 1 year, wasn't drying and sometimes had to run multiple cycles with pre-rinsed dishes, not anymore! Love it!

Four month back order

Odd that it is on sale and no stock. I received my 1st review request on this in March.. The dishwasher came in and getting ready to install when it was discovered there was a dent on the front. I was told they would get another next day. Installer went to pick up unit but none was at the store. After many phone calls and a couple of visits to the store it was discovered that there were no units and the one that showed in the system was the one that was sent to me. My question is if the unit was on b/o and you had one sold, why would you only order one?? The dishwasher was b/o another two months. It showed up in mid June and the company that installed the unit were great. I found that the normal cycles seems to clean fine but the short cycle not so much. Only used the dishwasher a few times.

I had previously purchased a complete set of Jenn-Air appliances from Best Buy 10 years ago, and thought it was time to change. I love these 3 appliances far better than the last set of appliances. All 3 of them have worked flawlessly! Looking forward to replacing the refrigerator next on the list - with a Kitchen-Aid of course!

My only issue is that it threw an error as soon as we tried it and that was due to a loose connection found by the repairman after it was installed. The fact that I had to call for factory service and could not reach Best Buy's Geek Squad after several 1 hour sessions on hold is the reason for the 3 star review. I will no longer purchase Best Buy extended warranties for my appliances.
