It has 3 shelves with lots of room, it’s very quiet. I replaced it with another Kitchen aid that was still working fine but wanted it to match my new Kitchen Aid double oven! Kitchen aid has great products and good value!

Best Buy Tech immediately came out and recommended we return and get a new one. The second unit works great and is much quieter than our old KitchenAid.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like the dishwasher overall because it cleans the dishes but no worse or better than my old cheap base model of a different brand, but the handle fell off after less than 2 months and I was told I couldn’t exchange it for the pocket handle model because I bought it on sale and it was more more expensive. Geek Squad told me to contact the manufacturer after calling and being transferred and put on hold, the manufacturer told me to schedule a service which I’d have to pay for. I’m stuck with a dishwasher I can’t open and now can’t even return. The steam from the blower also aims directly at the wood floor and dampens it, which I don’t love. It’s an average dishwasher that you pay premium price for. Pay a little more and go for a true premium brand or save yourself some money and buy a cheap model by the same parent company.

Upgraded from our plastic tub to the stainless. Solid construction and very quiet when operating. Took a little bit of getting used to the three racks vs. two but I have to say that I love having all the options for loading them. All in all I believe that we have made the right choice to purchase this model.

Some reviewers say they dislike the silverware slots. They prevent nesting so I suggest keeping them but make the slots the same size (large). This dishwasher dries plastic better than our previous dishwasher, but still not completely.
