My biggest feedback is not so much on the dishwasher but on the great customer service I received from Best Buy during my experience. I actually bought this as an open box item, and got a GREAT deal. Was willing to accept a slightly flawed exterior as long as it worked, figuring it would work way better than a cheap model for the same price. The free installation deal running with this brand extended to open box purchases...bonus! But unfortunately, it was overlooked that the pieces needed to install the machine in my home were missing until they came to install. I called the store where I purchased it, and to compensate for their mistake, Best Buy offered me brand new in box dishwasher, at the same cost I paid for the open box, damaged model! WOW!!! That is above and beyond taking responsibility for an error. Awesome customer service, Best Buy! As for the machine, I've only had it a short time. It's is QUIET and cleans the dishes well. I do rinse them before loading and use a finishing agent as recommended. I like that it has a heated drying cycle, too. It looks great with my other stainless appliances from another brand (I wasn't about to buy Samsung dishwasher again after mine failed 1 month after the year warranty ran out!) I appreciate the buying experience and the product I ended up with.

so for so good. It's quiet, we love the display panel(doesn't say exact time left but says what part of cycle it's on and a bar chart of time remaining). Cleaning power appears good. We noticed some spots on our wine glasses, but that could be the terrible Arizona hard water too. Everything else has been cleaned well.

This is replacing a 14 year old Kenmore Elite that I needed to prerinse everything before loading it in the dishwasher. I am now able to just scrape any excess off dishes and load them right in. At first everything came out spotless, now after 2 months there is some redeposit, though minimal. We are a family of six so I use it every day. The pot scrubber feature failed to clean a lasagna Pyrex and an aluminum pan but I only tried it twice. Overall I am happy with my purchase as it is an improvement to what we had.

I’ve had this dishwasher a couple months now and every time I run it, I’m still amazed how quiet it is. There is lots of room, cleans great and I love the display on the front door.

Our last dishwasher was another brand, it broke our dishes often enough, didn't clean well & the rollers/wheels melted & burned off 1 by 1, causing a plastic/chemical smelling smoke throughout the house, setting off our smoke detector every single time. The wheels had to be replaced & they weren't cheep. Only had this KitchenAid dishwasher for about a month or so, and so far, we have no broken dishes. Pots and dishes are very well cleaned, better than our last dishwasher brand, so very pleased with the cleaning. The racks roll in/out very smoothly & so far, the wheels haven't melted or burned off...fingers crossed. Loading is easy. The panel is easy to figure out. I like that there is a small display in the front that tells you the status of the washing cycles (Our last one didn't have that, so it was hard to tell if it was finished or not.) & because it's small, doesn't take away from the front aesthetics. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to minor personal issues. There is an adjustable small attachment on the side for knives, but mine don't seem to fit well for me & the top rack hits the knives, no matter how I tried to adjust it or the top rack, so I took it off. Also, our last 2 models of washers' "clean" lights turned off, eventually, when done cleaning. This model's light stays on until I manually turn it off. It's just my own pet peeve, but I became accustomed to my last 2 dishwashers turning off completely. Though, I think it's still a little too soon to tell for sure, I would still recommend this model. I have a good feeling...fingers crossed!

Replaced a loud DW. Kitchen is open to the living room we would only run when at work. This one is very quiet. Replaces another Kitchen aid that was 8 years old

We replaced an older model KitchenAid with this one. Our old one worked fine but it was loud (also 12 years old!). The new one had a lot of new features to adjust the racks to fit different items. It cleans extremely well - we use an organic detergent, so sometimes its not as good as the chemical based ones, but the KitchenAid works great. I read that some other brands require you use a specific cleaner otherwise they don't do a good job. Not an issue here. Best of all it is quiet!

So far, this machine performs well and is very quiet. Bought because of good rating in Consumer Reports. The stainless steel does show fingerprints easily, but I am trying to train myself to just touch the handle to keep the door clean. Plenty of space inside.

I did research on Consumer's Reports, and decided to go with the highest rated. I have not been disappointed. Excellent dishwasher, extremely quiet, excellent cleaning AND drying. Worth the extra $$

You can't hear this one while it's running. You have to look at the display to see if the light is on. Also love that it has a countdown so you know how long it has left to go. I read lots of reviews and this one seemed like a winner. So far it has been!

Great design, love the small basket on top that I can put chopsticks. Another great feature is the adjustable upper rack that we can fit the dishes/cookware as we like. This model has self cleaning flitter that I have one less thing to worry about.

I grew up with a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The house was built in 1949 and that dishwasher was installed with the rest of the appliances when the house was built. This new one does a very effective job at cleaning the dishes. We particularly like the option of a sanitizing very high temperature rinse option. It is so quiet you cannot ell it is running during most of the cycles. Capacity of how much can be loaded is way larger than our last dishwasher. We only considered dishwashers with controls hidden on the top of the door.

Holds a lot of dishes and silverware. Even has a separate container for knives, larger utensils and upper shelf for bulk items. Runs extremely quiet and the operational buttons are inside the top of the door out of the way. We love it.

Looked at Consumer Report reviews on dishwashers and this one received one of the best ratings. It is very quiet and does a great job of cleaning our dishes, silverware and pots.

This dishwasher gets everything spotlessly clean without needing to add LemiShine (which was needed in our previous KitchenAid dishwasher). I just use the Cascade packets. The dishwasher is extremely quiet. I recommend it highly.

Holy Moly! This is by far the best dishwasher I've ever owned. It's so quiet, you don't even know it's on! And the dishes come out squeaky clean! i love this thing!

This dishwasher is so quiet when running, you hardly know it is on! The control options are nice and the overall cleaning performance is good. I am very pleased with the performance and appearance of this dishwasher.

Highly recommend this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and efficient. Does a great job on plates and glasses. Plus if you buy when Best Buy will deliver and install free, it is the best deal anywhere around.

Have had the product for a couple weeks. I am more than pleased, excellent product, very quiet, and cleans exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend this product.
