Posted .The RIC 65 is a PASSIVE, non-powered in ceiling speaker that will need to be connected to a receiver/amplifier that supplies close to 50 Watts per channel at 8 Ohms.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have a klipsch reference premiere system with rp-250f, rp-450c, rp-250s surrounds, 12” sub and now two of these in the ceiling and they match perfectly and sound great. Glad I didn’t spend any more than needed. For $200 a pair these are all you need.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Polks in the wall and wanted to change up because I wasn’t getting the range I thought I should have and when it came to playing music, the room wasn’t getting filled as I thought I could be. I have Polks in the ceiling for surround but thought I would take a plunge and try these for right and left front speakers for watching movies and to use the for 5 channel stereo when listening to music. I’ve been pleasantly surprised when it came to having them installed in the ceiling. Not disappointed at all. I’ve owned this brand for a long time and wasn’t disappointed with the tower speakers that I had but gave away. I regret doing that but I needed to make some room when we bought the new house. At any rate, these speakers are heaven sent. All I have to do now it clean up the wall that I had the Polks in. I will be putting the Polks in my master bathroom just to keep from wasting them but when it comes to clean sound and the enjoyment of movies, these fill the gap I had before and the room with music. I listen to a lot of jazz and they are just magnificent.
