    They work great with Dolby Atmos. They do not work without 7.1 or 5.1.2 channel ability.

    I was blown away by how much different a better quality speaker can provide without changing receivers or adding amps. I added these as replacements for an aging set of Onkyo's and oh my land, the things i couldn't hear before or didn't even know were there. Just epic.

    The speakers would do the work, however the are better speakers for dolby atoms, if you can't afford others speakers then this will make the job, don't forget to add acustic panels to the room and calibrate the frequencies
