    You don’t need thunder bolt cable . It works fast like regular SSD

    I purchased this to store my music sample library(mostly for Kontakt) and it is quite a bit better than my previous one (a scavenged hard drive from my erstwhile computer). For the most part it does its job, although I would be remiss not to mention the unimpressive transfer and disk read speeds (which caused kontakt to drop samples rather often). In any case, as a normal person external storage drive, it works very well so far.

    This is a very solid product! I love the protective case and have had not issues. About to purchase 2 more. One thing to keep in mind.....you cannot just use any USB-C Cable. You have to use the one that come with this drive.
