This is exactly what I have been looking for in our kitchen. I wanted a google home product that would display family photos by streaming from google photos. I wanted a speaker that played streaming music from spotify. I wanted to be able to search the internet for recipes or general information. There are multiple ways to do this but requires multiple devices until now. The Lenovo display does all of what I want and more and does all of them very well... heck I can even watch tv on the device...Awesome! It has a very nice sleek design. The screen is a nice size and the speaker sounds good. I had a google home base in the kitchen before and at times from the other side of the room I would have to repeat a command a few times for it to hear me. With the Lenovo it responds every time I speak a command even when music is playing and I am on the other side of the kitchen. Excellent addition to any room especially in a kitchen...highly recommended.

I purchased this to upgrade a google hub display that I picked up a year ago. I noticed our usage was increasing with playing more spotify music and obtaining additional info from the display. The sound quality is a very nice upgrade from the smaller unit as well as the larger display being easier to see. There was a great price on this larger display which made it basically the same as the smaller display. I was concerned that the display would operate the same as the google branded device and so far it seems the same. My wife was concerned with the camera presenting an opportunity for unwanted images to be transmitted, so the lens cover switch provides her peace of mind. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have an Alexa house but really wanted to try a Google Assistant. I love the size for the kitchen. I like the style. It's great that you can cover up the camera and turn off microphone if you want and are concerned about privacy. I like the look of the Lenovo more than the Google Nest mainly because of the larger speaker on the bottom. I do appreciate the Google platform. Set up was easy enough and intuitive. I won't be using it to connect to smart devices, mainly as a kitchen tool to see cooking videos, etc. I grabbed a it during the Christmas sales and am very happy with the purchase. Lenovo makes a great product and if you do a search, you'll see it gets great reviews.

Screen is nice and bright. Nice IPS panel but could have a bit more resolution. The front fabric part looks really nice and pairs well with other Lenovo smart products and Google Home devices. Speakers are clear and loud. The camera quality isn't that great but you get what you pay for. It comes with a manual camera cover that you slide a button on the back to give privacy which is thoughtful for those who would like it. The interface is nice and simple. The only downsides I have encountered is that some basic questions that work with other Google Assistant devices like my Pixel 3 and my previous Lenovo Smart Clock which I returned to get this would answer without any problems. Questions like how much is something would return with "I don't know how to help you". My Pixel 3 responds with the things MSRP or price according to a News article. But that's pretty much the only bad thing. Overall I'd recommend it. I got it on sale for $60 but at it's normal price of $99 I'd say to probably get the Nest Hub.

I really like the 10" Lenovo smart display with Google assist. It is larger than I thought it would be, but than is good. Really nice picture quality and the video is nice, which is why I got it. Love the ask Google. It works well especially for quick math problems (lol) and recipes. My son got me the small Google one but without the video. I liked it but wanted video chat for when he moves to Denver. The only issue with the Lenovo is that it says you can position it on portrait mode or landscape mode, but the pictures do not rotate to be seen correctly on portrait mode. It could be that I just haven't figured out how to change that (my son doesn't think you can).

I have this and a Google Home Hub. Both are great, but the speaker and look of this one is so much better. I didn't think I'd miss the camera on the Home Hub, but the added Duo video chatting makes this a must-have for a Google Assistant Ecosystem. Having quick access to the devices I control the most without having to interrupt the movie/game/etc by talking is just great. The animations that go along with the answers are a great compliment to an already good system. I suggest this to anyone who's already in the Google Ecosystem, or looking to start! This makes the echo show look like an extremely over priced digital photo frame. Being able to cast a second football games from the ESPN app, or a youtube video for the kids is awesome.

Where do I begin? I had an Alexa Echo for a while and she started listening in when she was supposed to be off. In addition there were just way too many skills I had to teach her in order for her to “work” at optimal level. My Lenovo with google assistance is THE BEST!! I love how she easily connects to my google account and she is easy to install and set up. In addition, video calling on this is PHENOMENAL and the sound is FANTASTIC QUALITY!! Sure, there’s more things that she’ll be capable of doing once improved by google but so far so good and I’m completely sold on all google smart devices for my home as opposed to Alexa products! If you’re reserved or hesitant, GO BUY YOURSELF THIS!!! You will NOT regret it at all!!!

I returned my Google Home Hub and purchased this instead. I like the larger screen, better speakers, and the fact that it has a camera for Duo calls. Speaking of the camera, it's nice that it has a mechanical shutter to disable the camera when not in use. The quality could be better as it is lacking even in a well lit room. So far, Lenovo hasn't been too far behind in updates compared to Google products. Like the Amazon Echo Show, this seems like a product with a bunch of potential, however until new apps are developed, it is a glorified picture frame that can display pictures, play YouTube, and do Duo calls. I sometimes wonder why I didn't just place a tablet in it's place.

I had previously purchased a Google home hub and wanted to add a second unit. The Lenovo was on sale, so decided to give it a try. The larger size makes it a little more obtrusive, but it is a much better picture and much more readable. The speaker quality is good, better than the Home Hub. There are some differences - the ambient light sensing also seems to sense motion and will dim or brighten the display when someone enters the room, even though the light doesn't change. The unit has a camera which thus far only works with Google Duo, but hopefully others will pick it up. All in all, an excellent alternative to the Home Hub with a slightly larger footprint and better display.

Very Happy with this device. Sound is excellent (not hifi but really good) . Camera Shutter is a physical shutter to block it. nice large screen with peppy response to touch. google home is a little quirky, but once you wrap your head around it, Home is pretty easy to use. (I'm not a fan of everything voice controlled, but sometimes it is convenient) Overall though the hardware here is solid and Lenovo did a great job. We have the 7 Nest hub as well and I see some slight variances between a Google device and a partner device, but I would rather get more of these when we expand.

Originally bought one but I liked it so much I had to buy another and currently thinking about buying a 3rd. It can cast disney plus from your phone(my tv wont even cast disney). My biggest plus it has youtube. Sound is good, it may not be the best for sound on smart displays overall but its definitely the best overall hub. Integrates well with nest products. They did do an update to where u dont need your phone to be home use duo(Google's facetime). So now I can duo my children when I'm away. I definitely recommend.

I wasn't sure that I would take to this device but the more I use it the more I like it. I opted for the 8" version just so it would not take up too much space. I have it in the kitchen where it is easy to call up a receipt and see the video! You can also make video calls to others who have the app which is pretty cool. With that being said I probably would not put this in a bedroom! Not only can you use voice commands but it is also touchscreen which is a nice plus. As for playing music the sound is very good with a volume control directly on the device but you can also just tell it to turn up or down. It has become a handy device that I am still finding new uses for.

Easy to set up, responds very well to my voice even from a good distance - display is very nice to look at - features are great - I tried to set up an event and did it but there is a learning curve here - I like that you can hide the camera for privacy - it’s new, only a day old so I have not used all the features, it turns the lights on and off very well - this is a product that I’ve always hoped would one day be available because I plan to use it a lot for food recipes via YouTube videos. And likely will use the video chat!!!

I purchased the 8" model a year ago, and it was a no brainer to purchase this when it was offered on sale recently. I needed a unit with a large screen for use in the bedroom, that was easily readable with my glasses off. I use it regularly to play relaxing music or sounds to help me go to sleep. I can easily play music from local radio stations by issuing verbal commands, and instructing it verbally to turn off after a set interval. I recommend it strongly.

This is a terrific smart display if the Google Home Hub is too small and the 10” Lenovo or JBL SmartLink is too big. Other reviews complain that it can’t be added to a Home Group; but an update since those were posted has fixed that issue. However, there’s still no support for continued conversation. The audio is better than the Google Home Hub; but not even close to the JBL SmartLink (which I also have). It’s good enough for podcasts and quiet background music; but blasting music isn’t an option. I purchased two of these when they were deeply discounted during BB’s Black Friday deal of the day. I have absolutely no regrets!

I bought this because I wanted quick recipes or to watch how-to cooking videos. I love the larger screen. The speaker quality is very good when listening to music. There are very few questions that it cannot answer and your question appears in written format so if you don't receive the answer you need, you can see exactly how to change it so that the Google assistant understands. When in down mode, it is set to cycle through photos from my phone. I have just recently bought this and know that it does more than what I use it for, I need to learn more but have been very happy with this purchase thus far.

This google assistant is great i love it you can see you tube and news app, you can see the weather i really like google and the screen and the speaker is really loud.

Love using this while cooking and doing dishes. Nothing better than having wet or dirty hands, or juggling 2 pans on the range top, while baking cookies in the oven, no free hands, but still able to watch the newest episode of your favorite YouTubers show or even a legacy TV show. With Hulu, Spotify, YouTube TV and more supported by voice commands, it's a well rounded offering worth what I paid but even better value now that they're discounted. Rewatching Scrubs on Hulu again. Amazing show, am I right?

Super handy gadget that once I saw it I had to have it. Depending on how you use it, you can really get your moneys worth. My wife wanted one for the kitchen so she could ask it to bring up cooking videos or have it look up recipes on the fly. Once she saw the potential in it, she wanted a second one for her office so she could free up her monitor for work and have videos or other info show up on the beautiful 8" screen. Once I saw the potential in having multiple units sprawled across the house, I decided to tack one more on in my office. Not so I could work more efficiently or up my productivity. I did it solely so I could ask Google to broadcast flatulence across all devices. I can't begin to tell you how awesome it is to hear Google Rip Juicy Mississippi Mud Splats in surround sound since it's being played all over the house. It's like I'm trapped in a Dookie Vortex of sorts. It's not for everyone but I suggest you look up other reviews to see how others might use it but all in all I can't rave about it enough.

Nice display and good quality of sound, and easy of use,
