Not enough documentation with unit itself. Illustrations hard to read, upside down from picture. Had to buy USB/SD reader extension w/long cord to enable reach. Learning Windows 11 is taking some work. Reagan M. and Derek B. were both extremely helpful in helping define which computer I needed.

This Lenovo IdeaCentre 3i 24 AIO, does not have a built in SD Card Reader Slot. There is a 9.0mm CD/DVD±RW drive within this model configuration. Broken computer

Keys snapped off scratches on the back the disk drive completely out of the computer itself. The mouse was in 3 pieces. I put it all back together and it works good. Spoke to chat and asked them for some compensation for my time and got only 10 percent. They would have had to pay more than thst to ship it back.
