Not Happy.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laptop's internet driver was defective upon delivery causing the laptop to disconnect from the internet every 10-15 minutes and reconnecting back. I prefer Lenovo PCs for gaming and have owned several. This price point of $1,499.99 and coming in defective I was not happy. I experieced issues with Best Buy customer service in trying to return this as well. They wanted me to return it, and then re-order it, causing me to pay $500 more. They then said they would just send me out another one and never did. The order kept saying "Shipping Delay" but for almost 2 weeks, they never shipped it.

Screen freezes

Have not seen that in other gaming laptops. Very smooth because of its high specs. The screen resolution has been on next level.
