This is my first gaming laptop. The graphics are out of this world. The laptop is lightweight and very sexy looking. The only thing that I would say that could be approved is the battery life. Other than that, everything is great including the price.

I needed something to travel with that could play my games without any issues and this has exceeded expectations. I see a lot about battery life issues, I tend to keep my charger with me so it’s not an issue. The image is beautiful. Computer is fast and powerful. All around a great buy for the money.

Overall good gaming laptop if bought at the right price point. I wouldn’t pay over 1300 for this and that’s the high end. It’s not crazy heavy for a gaming laptop although, Lenovo does have alternative chassis that are noticeably lighter. I would highly recommend undervolting the CPU and purchasing a llano laptop cooler. Also would look into extending either the Lenovo warranty or bestbuy GSP. Lenovo is very reputable however all gaming laptops have a chance to brick/or go wrong in many ways. Well worth on a device over 1000. Also the battery life is beyond atrocious on this, even for a gaming laptop. But to be honest if your in that market i wouldn’t bank on finding ‘good’ battery life anywhere; except for in a Mac. The Display on this thing is gorgeous, and the 5060 is surprisingly powerful. Easily gets 100+ fps on most AAA titles even at the 2.5k resolution.

Performance is great overall for a mid range laptop. Glossy screen is nice if that is what you prefer. Blacks are very deeps As always, it’s a laptop AND at has an AMD processor. It’ll run hot and loud under load.

The laptop has a nice design. Screen is bright and clear and I like the feel of the keys. In comparison to other laptops, it is a great deal for the price. I looked at higher priced laptops but in the end, this provided what I needed at a much lower price.

I’ve been using the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16” 2.5K OLED (Ryzen 7 8745HX, 32GB RAM, RTX 5060, 1TB SSD) for both AI development and gaming, and it has been awesome so far. The performance is fast and smooth, training/running models, coding, and multitasking feels effortless thanks to the 32GB RAM and powerful Ryzen CPU. The RTX 5060 GPU handles GPU workloads really well and gaming performance is great too.

I am very happy with this laptop. It has handled every game that I have tried on it. It does get a little hot, but that was to be expected. It also drains the battery pretty fast, but you are going to want to plug it in when you are gaming anyway, so that too, was expected. It performs exactly as I expected and I would recommend.

Very good, bright screen, very smooth, plays games very well. Only concern is the battery life being very short so you have to keep it on the charger constantly, and the charger gets very hot

Solid all-around gaming/work laptop. The OLED screen is the real star—sharp, bright, and smooth, great for games and media. Performance is strong for the price and handles modern games and multitasking without stress. Build quality feels sturdy, but it’s not lightweight, and battery life is just okay. Overall, it’s a dependable mid-to-upper-mid option that delivers great visuals and performance without trying to be flashy.

I’ve bought and returned several gaming laptops over the years because they always had flaws I couldn’t look past—usually loud fans or disappointing screens. This one is different. The first thing you notice is the gorgeous OLED display. It’s genuinely stunning, and I’m not sure I’ll ever want to go back to a non‑OLED gaming laptop after this. The colors are rich, vibrant, and just a pleasure to look at. What surprised me even more is Lenovo’s software. It makes keeping the system updated simple, and the Silent Mode actually works. Gaming laptops are notorious for sounding like jet engines, but with Silent Mode enabled, this one stays surprisingly tolerable. You can still hear the fan, but it’s nowhere near as distracting as the default performance mode, and the laptop doesn’t get uncomfortably hot. I’ve tested a few games so far, and in World of Warcraft I’m getting close to 120 FPS on medium settings. Obviously the mobile RTX 5060 isn’t going to max out every game, but it’s more than enough to deliver great visuals at this laptop’s resolution.

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5 is an excellent laptop that balances performance, cooling, and build quality. The RTX graphics and AMD processor handle demanding games and software like AutoCAD and other design programs smoothly. The screen is sharp, with great refresh rates for gaming, and the keyboard feels very responsive. I also like the cooling system, which keeps the laptop running well even during long gaming or work sessions. Battery life could be better, but for this level of power it’s understandable. Overall, a reliable, high-performance laptop that works great for both gaming and professional use.

Really great laptop with an amazing display. Although the battery life could be longer, it is still a powerful laptop which meets my needs since I would be using the laptop while plugged in most of the time. Really convenient for editing photos and playing games.

This is by far the BEST laptop I've ever purchased. The OLED screen is so bright, clear and sharp. The speed is unreal. If you are wanting or looing for a top notch laptop, go with with a Lenovo Legion, you won't be disappointed. I'm a firm believer in Lenovo laptops or products.

This laptop runs Revit with no problems. However, it can get quite loud at times with a noticeable roaring sound. The advertised battery life is 6.3 hours, but after a month of use, I've only been getting around 2.5 hours per charge.

A good buy, the graphics quality is significantly better than what I had previously. Thermal management is solid, the build feels solid, I have experienced no issues so far. A slight nit pick, the SSD securement is less than ideal. The screw does not directly "clamp" the SSD in place, Lenovo also chose to rely on some foam on the case to press down on the SSD. I also don't like the placement of those SSD ports, I had to swap the Original SSD over to the SSD2 spot because there was contact with a connection on the board with my larger SSD. Other than that, no complaints.

Pros: 1. Thermals are quite good. 2. Performance is Maxed out for the GPU 3. Battery life is 4 hours on Silent mode (considering its a gaming laptop) 4. OLED is great Cons: 1. On the heavier side for 5060 laptop 2. Ports on the side is not practical

So far so good! Amazing quality from games like Minecraft to Red Dead Redemption 2! Absolutely phenomenal graphics and good storage. The battery will last you about 2 hours depending on what you’re doing. Besides that it’s a bang for the buck.

The combination of the Ryzen 7 8745HX and RTX 5060 delivers outstanding performance in both gaming and productivity. Everything feels fast, responsive, and effortless — even with multiple heavy applications running. The real star is the 16" 2.5K OLED display. Colors are rich, blacks are truly black, and motion clarity is excellent. Games look incredible, and the higher refresh rate makes everything feel smooth and immersive. Thermals are also impressive. Lenovo’s Coldfront cooling keeps the system cool under load without the loud, distracting fan noise I’ve experienced on other gaming laptops. The keyboard feels great to type on, and the RGB lighting is a nice touch without being over the top. Storage and memory are generous, and the build quality feels solid and premium. It’s a powerful machine that still manages to feel refined. Overall, this laptop hits the sweet spot between performance, display quality, and everyday usability. I’m extremely happy with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance gaming or creator laptop.
