    certain keys stopped working after a few weeks :(

    It was okay for the first 2-3 weeks and then all of a sudden the 'F3', 'E', 'D', and 'C' keys stopped working. They're not sticky and nothing was spilled onto my keyboard. It's only those keys that are unresponsive. Because this happened after the 14 days I could've returned it (but still less than a month!), Lenovo and Best Buy have told me that my only option is to order a brand new laptop (because the store doesn't carry it) in order to go in store and do an exchange. I am a college student and cannot afford this extra expense, but I also can't afford not having a working laptop... so... Also, the battery life is actually so bad. It lasts only about 4 hours on a full charge and the battery is HUGE. Carrying around both the laptop and the charger will absolutely give you back pain if using a backpack, even when nothing else is in there.

    The computer is great. Runs well and works as advertised. But when I picked it up from the store for some reason the computer was not already cleared even though it stated that it would be. Not only that but Best Buy took quite a long time to reset it and I didn’t even get it back the same day that I was told I’d be able to pick it up.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift, the first time it wouldn’t turn on so we returned it and had to drive an hour to get a new one. The new one also didn’t work and they wanted to charge me to fix it at geek squad and wouldn’t take the return. Both times this computer goes blue screen and requires a code that was not provided

    Just got this computer and it's now a paperweight. I used it two times and then suddenly it just shut off and locked me out. I finally got back in and now it won't do anything. I'm so frustrated with this computer. I'm really hoping Best Buy will work with me. Either way, I'll update this review to let you know.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your LOQ 15. We apologize for any disappointment that this may have caused you, and we'd like to work with you to try to resolve these issues.

      To start, regarding your issue with battery – as you may know there are lots of variables that contribute to battery and in gaming laptops that can increase even more due to their high-powered processors and graphics cards. If you want to squeeze out more battery life and are completing non-intensive graphics tasks, you can utilize the MUX switch built into this model to turn off the dedicated GPU to greatly decrease power draw. This can be done in the Lenovo Vantage app > top right box > GPU working mode, then choosing your preferred method. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words, along with custom settings configurable in Lenovo Vantage. You could also press the Fn + R key combo to toggle to a lower refresh rate for even more power conservation.

      With graphics performance, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well. Also, you can press the Fn + Q keys as mentioned previously to boost performance, along with adjusting VRAM in the system BIOS.

    Paid for expedited shipping expecting to receive in 2-4 days. I called over a week later as my laptop was not received and it was urgent only to be told those delivery times were for AFTER the machine was built and ready for shipping. It is taking nearly two weeks to build a regular laptop with zero modifications! Not well communicated on the website or clear. I could have gone to a store if I’d known it would take this long. Will not use the site again.

    had to return as the cpu will hit 100% usage during any downloads such as windows updates or game downloads and even microsoft edge downloads. set thermal profile to performance was the worst. was within the 15 day return window so will see if the replacement laptop suffers the same problem as Lenovo said this issue is something to do with the cpu

    Did not come factory reset. Computer was password locked. Can't tell you anything else about the laptop because i can't use it.

    Stuck Paying For Nothing.

    I returned this unopened laptop 2 months ago & have not received a refund yet. Best Buy has good customer service, I'm just that one customer that's stuck paying for a $600+ laptop that I don't even possess.
