This seems to be an excellent coffee maker that meets the vast majority of my needs. Flexible in what cup size, ability to keep clean with stop drip feature, ease of filling with water, flexibility of types of coffee and tea brews, and storage of accessories. If it will last a long time and if it was able to handle Keurig cups it would be 5 stars.

I like to wait a short while before posting reviews so the "newness" can wear off. After a month of using this Lenovo Yoga 9i, I can say I absolutely love this laptop. The build quality is excellent. The screen feels very sturdy when opening and closing it. I have never had a touchscreen laptop before, and I was a little skeptical about how I would like it. So far so good though. It has the best laptop speakers I have ever experienced. The fingerprint reader is wonderful for signing into Windows. It boots up in literally less that 10 seconds. Paired with a USB-C docking station which I recently purchased (separately), the laptop is even easier to use with my external monitor and keyboard. I would recommend this to any of my friends or family. Also, I got a great discount on it at Best Buy back in June since the new models were coming out soon.

Fantastic laptop but I have screen problems

I loved everything about this laptop EXCEPT for the fact that after a couple weeks a big random black bar would intermittently show up in the middle of the screen, and sometimes the screen wouldn't work at all unless I pushed on it or moved it to a specific angle. Not sure if it's because I store it upright or what, but I was hugely disappointed. Tried chatting customer service on Lenovo's site a couple times but got nowhere. Not sure whether this was just my device or if this is common.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14. Resetting this computer back to original factory settings may clear the issue with the screen. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

For its small size it is actually quite versatile. I can use it game and work. It’s smaller size and weight let’s me take it anywhere. As well since you can modify how the laptop sits it’s great in multiple situations for projects, work or fun. I also really like that the keyboard lights up which makes it easier for me to type. I also like using it with my new Lenovo all in one as well. In all it is worth it and great product no matter what you use it for

Gorgeous laptop let down by poor quality control

I really tried to love this laptop, which would've been easy since its amazingly thin and beautiful. unfortunately great features like the smooth glass trackpad, blazing fast performance and fantastic Dolby Atmos sound bar (which sounds amazing) are completely let down by one of the biggest manufacturing defects I've ever experienced in my life. Unfortunately Lenovo seems to have slapped this laptop together with no quality control whatsoever. I went through three laptops in one week, yeah three!! each laptop had multiple horizontal black flickering lines on the top part of the screen (where the title bar is in google chrome and other apps) each laptop had these lines at differing severities and I don't know but for the price of 1,399 it is absolutely unacceptable for a brand new laptop to have black flickering lines on the screen. I tried installing the most updated drivers and rolling back to an older driver and the problem persisted. The reason why I tried three times was because this laptop would've been perfect for me if it wasn't for this problem. the third and final laptop had the lines and a very rattily and buzzy bottom left speaker and that sealed this laptops fate for me, as I sped to best buy to return if for the last time. Its extremely upsetting that this beautiful laptop was let down by poor quality control as its truly the nicest windows laptop I've ever used. the batch code on my boxes were all 2021/01/04 (even tried a different best buy but they had the same batch) So if you do decide to buy this laptop which I DON'T recommend avoid this batch at all costs, save your self the nightmare I went through.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo Certified Lenovo Yoga 9i-14, model number 82BG000CUS. First, be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer. Then update all of the BIOS files and all of the system drivers, up to that latest version of Windows 10. Use the Lenovo Vantage Utility APP installed on this computer, to be sure you get all of the Operating System files for your specific model. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. Lenovo

Very good overall design. Was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for. Crisp, clear audio and visual, lightweight, easy touchscreen, sturdy. However, I got the first one on Wednesday and by Friday, after very minimal use, it did the ghost screen and then started to flicker. Tried resetting and ended up exchanging on Saturday. Yesterday, Sunday, the same thing happened with the new one! I was so disappointed! We looked it up and apparently there is a wire issue from the mother board to the keyboard. Not dealing with that. Going with something else.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14, model number 82BG000CUS. Since the issue you describe happened on two separate computers, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

I was so excited to buy this computer. I’d been in the market for phones. Did tons of research, asked different associates for their opinions based on what I needed the computer for. After months I decided to splurge and just DO IT! And here I am a week later writing this review warning you not to purchase this device. It ran smoothly for about 3-4 days, started getting hot (I figured it was normal) but then it started glitching! Anytime I try to use full screen the top of the screen glitches and cuts off. I tried on different websites (giving Lenovo the benefit of the doubt) but nothing works. I am deeply saddened to have to return this beautiful looking laptop. I needed something that was able to run different programs and apps smoothly. I was upgrading from a MacBook Air 2020 version to what i thought was an up to date, best of the best laptops and boy was i let down. The audio is amazing in laptop mode BUT once you switch to tablet mode the sound quality is horrendous. Literally can not hear anything when I’m tablet mode. Definitely not worth the hype nor the price! I was looking forward to a windows laptop but I am sticking with Apple. Sorry for the glare in the pictures but you can see the difference in the images that are in yellow and orange.

Purchased this for my daughter for college....one day past the return period she noticed a light colored spot on the left side of the screen...hardly visable and almost impossible to see with an image over the area. In looking at prior pictures from when it was bought and picked up you can see the same spot on the pictures so she missed it so it has been there the entire time. Not sure what it is but am very disappointed I paid appropriately $1200 for it and an unsure what to do.

    A fantastic 2-in-1 laptop

I was looking for a 2-in-1 convertible that would perform well as a "desktop PC" when docked (i.e., external monitor, keyboard, mouse) and be portable/light when travelling, and I found what I was looking for. The 14" screen is bright (400 nits), colorful, and sharp at 1080 resolution. I tried the older version of this laptop (c940 4K screen) and found the 4K screen to be excessive and a battery killer. I love the sound bar that rotates with your screen; finally, a laptop that I don't need to connect to a bluetooth speaker for good sound! Bloatware is fairly minimal, and I actually find the Lenovo utility (aka "Lenovo Vantage") to be quite handy. With it, I can easily toggle between eco (battery-saving), balanced, and high-performance. More importantly, when I keep my laptop docked, I can switch to battery conservation mode, which means the laptop will only keep charged to 60% so the battery doesn't wear out by staying charged at 100%. My main uses for the laptop is web-browsing (I tend to have 1-2 dozen windows open at a time), photo-processing (Lightroom, Photoshop), and Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and the speeds are great. For Lightroom, it does help to keep the laptop charged and set to extreme performance. The fan does kick on more often but it's not loud or "whiny" to me. If I had to nitpick, I wish there were extra ports on the right side (all ports are located on the left), an HDMI port (I had to buy a USB-C to HDMI adapter), and an SD card reader (for downloading photos from my dSLR). But, those are not deal breakers for me. Finally, it's great having a built-in pen that's always charged and ready to go. I wish it popped out from the side (easier access) and was closer to a full-sized pen. I may have to purchase a separate pen that's more comfortable to hold for extended drawing sessions. But all in all, a fantastic laptop and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I love this laptop. I ordered it as soon as it was available and have used it daily for nearly two weeks now. It's fast, sleek, and very light weight. I appreciate that the screen is 14" instead of the 13.3" in competitors like Dell XPS 13 and HP Spectre 13, which gives extra space to open two windows at once. There are a lot of small luxury features that add up - a lid that can be lifted with one finger while the base of the laptop is stable, a long battery life (when battery saver is enabled), a physical webcam shutter, a rechargeable stylus that is housed within the laptop body, a sturdy hinge so the laptop screen doesn't flop around, and a very fast fingerprint scanner that works pretty well even if your finger is slightly damp. I love using the tablet mode with the various free tablet apps available in the Microsoft store for scribbling on PDFs and sketching. The speaker on this laptop is also phenomenal. I also love the various touchpad shortcuts for daily use, such as controlling music/sound by tapping with 4 fingers or scrolling up/down with four fingers and scrolling between apps with 3 fingers side to side.. although this might just be inherent to Windows. There are only a few things that I don't like about this laptop that are negligible when considering the overall product- -My laptop heats up excessively when it's charging... it gets as hot as a hot cup of tea. Therefore I avoid leaving it charging and only plug it it when necessary. If I use battery saver mode, I can listen to music all day and edit PDF files all day with no charge. The other day, I did just that for 4 hours straight and only used up 50% of the battery. -The battery doesn't last 8 hours with more active use, such as with Zoom meetings. However, I probably didn't use battery saver mode when I last was in a meeting so have not taken a controlled measure in this mode. I suggest just keeping the laptop in battery saver mode all the time. It's still very fast. For the record - I have the FHD screen as I read that UHD would have a shorter battery life. -The stylus battery doesn't last super long.. maybe 30 minutes? On the plus side, it seems to charge very quickly. I wish there was some indicator on the task bar that showed the current battery life for the stylus. Still, it's housed in the laptop body which is unique compared to HP Spectre and Dell XPS 13, which was a major reason I picked this laptop. As I said above, these are all negligible things. I'm glad that I picked this laptop. I had previously considered this laptop, the HP Spectre 13, Dell XPS 13, and Razer Book 13/Razer Blade Stealth 13. The Yoga 9i beat out all of them... and I've already recommended it to my friend after two weeks.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 9i 14. It is normal for the Yoga 9i 14 to feel warm to the touch when charging. The AC adapter/charger may also feel warm to the touch when charging the laptop. The Yoga 9i 14 ships with a 4CELL_60WH_INTERNAL, Lithium Polymer Battery, with a battery life of up to 15 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, First, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. Don't Buy Open Box

My Lenovo Yoga was an Open Box purchase. I only recommend to buy an Open Box if you have the skills to fix your own laptop, or it's cheap enough with Open Box that you can get it professionally fixed and it's still not the full cost of a new laptop. The laptop kept freezing on me over and over. Would have to do a manual reboot literally every day I owned the laptop (nearly two months). When I would close my laptop it wouldn't go into sleep mode. So, it would often be dead when I would reopen it at a coffee shop. Had to always make sure I was right next to an outlet, which can be difficult at times. The "enter" key also would stick. Just going to return it since I have the Totaltech warranty. Perhaps if I purchased it new, it wouldn't have been so rough. I like the idea of the Lenovo Yoga, but in practice, this isn't the laptop for me. Going back to the HP Spectre.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
