    Excellent customer service in the cape cod mall store I then ordered online and had delivered and installed and take away of old microwave and the ibstallers were just as awesome

    No backlit keypad and noisy wheels!

    Overall, it works fine. However, the keypad isn’t backlit, which makes it difficult to see the numbers in low light—you’ll likely need to turn on the kitchen light every time. Another downside is the rotating wheels, which are surprisingly noisy and can get annoying. Cooking settings are so limited.

    Installed microwave. Was extremely excited looks great in its new home. Heated up couple slices of pizza, done great. My son then made a ramen and it died in middle of cooking. Like no power to the microwave. Its dead no instrument panel or anything. Unplugged the microwave, and waited. I plugged it back in still dead. Was on the couch and i heard it chime and power back up. So i reset the time and my son made a ramen and worked. Cooked the ramen, but after another bowl it did it again. No power.! Im gonna be taking it in to exchange it... Hope the one i get works

    Stay away from this one. Interior light failed and now heckling with LG to get it fixed. With no lights it is as good as dead now. Now been told part is backordered and may take 4-6 weeks for it to arrive and God knows how long its gonna take to get it installed!

    Bought this microwave in Dec 2024. Called to reschedule an under warranty repair in Oct. They have given us the run around. Sent a tech out 3 times....they keep having parts changed out and still not heating. They had the nerve to send me a warranty reminder as it runs out soon notice. Still not fixed and very unhappy with the way LG handles issues. NO one in USA to talk to.

    Works great! Easy install. Exhaust fan works good. You can’t turn the sound off but it’s not too loud and obnoxious like a lot of microwaves are.

    All is good. Unit is thew same one we had. Last one the handle broke and it would cast more than it was worth to replace it.
