    Within 16 days the microwave quit warming food. Thanks to BB return policy we had to contact LG to file a warranty claim. A week later it was fixed. The repair tech said this model has a faulty switch in the latch. He also recommended not opening the door while it was cooking; instead stop the cooking with the bother open the door.

    We’ve had this for only a few months, but I admit that I love our microwave and the sweet charms it plays. Prior to this, we had a Maytag that stopped working. The width and depth allows us to heat larger portions of food for our large family. I like the soft lighting inside.
