Easy to use digital buttons. Love the chime when items are done. Cooks everything even. The vent works well.

We had bought a LG microwave hood fan to replace a GE that went bad. It was REALLY NOISY! We had it checked and BOTH fans in it were bad. We returned it and upgraded slightly to this LG and are quite happy with the performance and noise level of these fans AND it has a turbo boost on the exhaust that really blows!

We've had this microwave for 6 years and it's served us well. It's easy to use and clean. Always had enough power, but not too much to ruin your popcorn using the popcorn button. It died today and realized we'd had this piece of critical kitchen equipment for much longer than I realized. And I'm looking for a new LG.

it was originally priced at over 300 dollars, but it was an open box unit for $99. It had a few dings and dents, but did not sacrifice the operational ability what so ever. i would completely buy another one again if i had a chance...ONLY IF IT WAS OPEN BOX THOUGH. i got a deal of the century. 5 stars

It works wells, heats quickly. It has a metal door, as noted above, that I do not expect to crack from the heat of the stove.

Been a good unit, going on 5 years. Did have a problem with one of the door interlocks, other wise good to go.

The microwave was easy to setup and install. Went right in place and was much lighter than my old one. Works great!

Looks nice in my kitchen. Very easy to use and looks nice with my other appliances. Price match was great. Only issue was wrong color sent home originally so delayed install and required a second trip and more of my time wasted. Originally had to wait close to 20 minutes before someone even came to wait on us and that person was not an appliance salesman but he tried hard. Appliance person was rude and did not acknowledge us even when thanked for bringing microwave to front of store. He was the same person who brought up the correct one the next day and again did not reply when thanked. If he doesn't like his job, he needs to leave. He made Best Buy look bad and made us not want to do business with this store. The fellow who helped the second day was friendly and helpful. He called the rude man to take oven to checkout. I was sorry to see him again. At least day two, someone waited on me quickly. I really appreciated that.

Microwave works and looks great. The removable wire rack however does not fit properly.

To be honest, i could buy a $40 microwave at the cheap store and it would do all i need it to do. I nuke hot dogs, pizza, and popcorn. Sometimes i warm up my canned veggies. I do not cook in them. I know some people do, but I dont. I picked this one, because it looked nicer than the cheapest one LG made, though I'm sure for me i could have gotten that one and been just fine. If you actually "cook" using a microwave, then don't look at me for a review. I look at a microwave as will it cook my hot dogs, hot pockets, popcorn, warm up my pizza from last night, and cook my frozen dinner without burning it. It can do all those things to my liking. So its a good microwave.

This microwave is very nice looking. The exterior is black with stainless steel. I love the big turntable, which cooks or heats food evenly. It also has a grill and the shortcut codes to melt butter or chocolate is great. It is easy to operate and has a light to shine over your stove and a fan with 3 levels, including a turbo level. I love the look and functionality. Bought it on sale, free delivery, got reward points, and even got 6 months financing with no interest. YOU'RE AWESOME BEST BUY!!!

Happy with my recent purchase of the LG over-the-range microwave. In the process of upgrading my appliances to stainless steel and this microwave was a perfect fit. Got a great deal on it over a "sales weekend" and as far as microwaves go...its the nicest one I've had. It looks great in my kitchen and is makes much less noise than my previous microwave. Highly recommend!

There is not a lot of differentiation between different microwaves, and different brands tend to be made in the same factories (not even bothering to change the control panel even). As a microwave, this is a fairly good one, although it does seem like the mounting bracket is overly weak. Slight misalignment when hoisting up this unit will lead to bending the bracket (it is still sufficient structurally when mounted, but it is more unpleasant to install). I would recommend having 3-people to put this in if you are self-installing because of this issue. But otherwise it is a competently manufactured microwave, like pretty much every other over-range one of this size.

I purchased this microwave to replace a former over-the-range unit that died. This microwave has really good power and heats things much more quickly than my old unit. I've never been a fan of turntables in microwaves (just another thing to keep clean), but I like that I can turn this one off if I have something larger in the oven.

My kitchen appliances were all 20+ years old. This matches the LG double oven I purchased at the same time. It looks beautiful in my all white and red kitchen. It has more power than my old microwave did and does a great job of cooking food evenly. Just make sure that if you have custom made cupboards like I do that the installer will be able to put this in for you. Best Buy was very prompt at crediting my installation fee when the guys delivering it were not able to put it in. My son and husband put it in with no trouble at all.

The first piece I reveived, the door was making loud noise while opening. The edge of the door gets stucked on the back wall. Searched online and saw this is common problem for this model.
