Love the product. Once warmer weather arrives I plan to vent outside. My only complaints - Template provided is hard to use. I measured myself because that was easier. Second complaint is bolts provided assume flush mount with cabinet. I had to add a filler piece, so this meant I needed to purchase new bolts.

The LG-2.0 Cu.Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Stainless steel looks good and works really well. The controls are touch-sensitive with different power levels for heating. Also have different settings for various foods such as Mac n Cheese, hot dogs and others.

Good looking microwave! Lots of presets. Loud signals when food is ready. Cooks well too. Powerful fan with charcoal filter to help reduce smell and odor. Only negative is the light isn’t that strong.

Nice product. Lots of presets for various food items. Kids are gone so I’m past the Mac and Cheese and chicken Nuggets phase so I’ll never use those but for parents with young kids this may be a nice feature. Easy to use and touch buttons react nicely.

Overall this microwave is great. I like the numbers and controls on the bottom, however, it leaves wasted space on the right side. It is large and fits square and round plates. The metal rack is useless.

I use my microwave on an almost daily basis. This one fulfills all my needs and has some extra features that I am learning to love. I've only had about 2 weeks but so far it's everything I was looking for and a little more.

Large microwave with all the regular functions you could need. Wish it had buttons for just 1 minute or 2 minutes. Not sure why it has a shelf and when you would use that.

Wow! What sn awesome microwave! It cooks excellent and quickly! Easy to use and has settings to cooj many dishes! I love, love, this microwave!!!! The installation went smoothly and very professionally! I am very pleased! I highly recommend this microwave!

I was slightly concerned when I ordered this microwave because they didn't have one just like it at the store for me to look at. I didn't really need a new microwave but was replacing the oven so decided I would get the matching microwave. It is very spacious and has several heating options. I am still figuring out how all of the buttons work, but so far I am pleased!

Very pleased with product for ease of use and performance

Easy to install and the quick cook buttons are great. Would have given a five rating but I'm short and with buttons on the bottom, it is impossible to see the food during cooking without opening the door.

I love my new sleek LG microwave! The new design of the control panel at the bottom is a great new look. Also, I love the different microwave selections it offers!

I like this microwave but after using seems like they should have made frequently used keys, like add 30 secs that most use for quick keys, Should be bigger and easier to press. I have had to press it multiple times to make sure starts and not sure why not sensitive enough. Was hoping for better from a higher end microwave

This microwave is excellent! It does everything except roast a turkey(haha). I purchased the stainless steel and it matches my other stainless steel appliances perfectly. Also, Best Buy always has the best deals.

I love my lg microwave, it was easy to install. It has a great keypad on the door so my youngest can operate it. We have square plates that wouldn't rotate in the the old microwave but this model has plenty of room.

This is a great microwave, and has a lot of user friendly buttons that actually work. Like pizza, chicken nuggets, etc. It also looks really nice as well.

This unit is quieter and efficient. Food is heating up well and we've even popped popcorn and had a full bag! The installation went smoothly.
