Thus far, the microwave is operating mostly as it should. It matches my other LG kitchen appliances very well. I like the pocket handle and the smooth surface. However, the control panel not being lighted is very inconvenient. My stove and microwave are situated where if doesn't get outside light from the kitchen window and it's above under-cabinet lighting. Ordinarily, I can work very well with just under-cabinet lighting and window light. I have to turn on overhead lighting for a minute just to operate the microwave. The included range surface light was not very bright. I replaced it with a LED bulb. Also the interior light is not very bright. I'll have to see if I can replace that with a LED bulb also.

Great microwave. Performs very well and the menu settings are easy to use with them printed on the microwave. Defrost setting actually defrosts food rather than cooking it like my last microwave did.

Great product, just wish the options on the door were backlit

It cost a bit more than the next model lower, but the aesthetics are so much nicer on this one. love the no handle design, and i have it paired to my LG range so that when i turn on a burner it turns on the light and fan. pretty slick.

Just installed it yesterday... Great looking Microwave, easy to operate and very clean look..... Haven't cooked anything yet, but I'm sure it will perform as well as it looks...

We are enjoying our new microwave! Fan has different settings and the clock works well. The installation went fast.

I love the appearance and the very easy-to-clean surface. Just wipe off cooking grease with a paper towel and degreaser

I like the microwave and auto features. I have noticed that a few auto features don't do well, but most do. It's also pretty loud. Cooks well though.

I like it, i'm missing a few features that my other microwave had but I gained a few that my other one didn't so I'm happy. I will say this the door is extremely long

bigger (height) than really needs to be and complicated to register and get online and the install folks were very rushed. But seems to do everything as expected. The real test of all such items is how they work after a year or so - only had this one a few weeks. My previous one lasted nearly 20 years, until the handle broke.

Another add on to LG. Good product will definitely recommend.

GREAT PRODUCT BUT HAD TO REPLACE WITH A SECOND ONE

Love this microwave. Works well. The pre-programmed buttons are great. My kids loved that it plays a happy little tune when it finished rather than annoying beeps.

This is the sleekest and best looking microwave. It’s on the quieter side also and heats up our food pretty evenly. We loves everything about it.

We upgraded our kitchen to gas stove and bought this to install as our vent to the outside. Our other micro wave was 20 years old with no issues and needed an upgrade. Hope this last as long.

After i installed this unit i tested it out and found out it makes the annoying chimes my countertop mocro in my breakroom makes. I shut off the sound, but found out that it also turns off the timer notifications as well so i jad to turn the sounds back on. Overall, ot

Fit perfectly as a replacement for a previous model LG microwave. Even the old brackets fit. It would be nice if the buttons had a low back light when pressed so that you can use it without turning on lights but it works and looks great.

The microwave is great but my overall experience was marred by the installers. The microwave was installed crooked and I tried to contact them to correct the installation but they have not responded to me at all.
