    Problem with the heating disconnecting. Repeatedly we have had a problem with the part that heats the microwave coming disconnected. Even with the protection plan you have to p ay for someone to come and that is $100 and this would be our third time doing so.. we could have just bought a new microwave for that! VERY frustrating!

    The microwave heats quickly. However, I have to return it because it smokes so badly after each use. There must be a defect with it as it seems as if a fire is about to occur.i will update review if new one works better.
