    The machine is great. I love the controls at the top. I am not really a fan of the 3rd rack. It limits the size of glasses in the top and my plastic lids. I have taken the rack out. If there comes a time I need it, I may put it back in, but.... I doubt it. would recommend the one without the 3rd rack.

    On initial day dishwasher was supposed to be installed no one showed up. I waited all day. No calls or texts. I called the number on best buy install notification. Rep was very nice. Install was rescheduled. Said she would apply a credit of half the installation charges for my inconvenience. Install occurrd the next week and all went well. Dishwasher works fine. However, no credit has been applied as i was promised. So, point is, Rep should not promise something they do not follow up on

    The best feature is the Quad drying system. It doesn’t dry dishes with a heating element. My dishes and the interior of the dishwasher are totally dry after each cycle. It totally cleans the dishes.

    Only have had it for 2 weeks now. Runs great and quiet. Love the countdown screen so I know how much longer the cycle has left. Also changed the finished alarm to old McDonald sound lol.
