    A solid TV in line with the price. Not a crystal clear picture, but that shouldn’t be expected at this price point. Very functional in my kitchen.

    Does not meet Full HD picture

    I bought it for kitchen, and returned it next day which is very unusual for me. Not even close to the HD picture quality, especially that this TV set is claimed as high resolution monitor. Not the best Smart TV setup. Replaced it with 32" Samsung HD and day and night picture quality. Setup took 5 minutes, I have other Samsung Smart TV set.

    Avoid WebOS TV's!

    WebOS does not support many channels. If you are a Spectrum customer, DO NOT BUY. It takes FOREVER to boot up and start to show a picture. Even on a wired connection, the "smart" part of this smart TV is S-L-O-W. You have to download and install an app on your phone to set it up the first time. I dont need an app on my phone to watch a dedicated TV. WebOS might be the newcomer and all, but it is still far from ready for the masses

    Can’t play games

    This TV sucks. You can’t play games on it because it can’t play games on HDMI inputs. What a waste of time, and money purchasing this!

    Service was good, product poor

    Service was good but product is poor and seems to be an old model, I have two other LG tvs and they work a LOT better. I wont buy a TV on line ever again, in the future I will have to see in person what is being offer, this one is being sold, hate it.

    Tv is already broken. Will have to go through Warranty because of Best Buys poor return policy.

    Bad open box item

    Ordered an open box which said it was in excellent condition. Got to the store to pick it up and the screen had scuff marks on it. Also it had bubble wrap around it that slid off when they brought it to me. Was not in excellent condition. So i cancelled my order.
