I recently purchased the LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and TurboWash 360 in Graphite Steel, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. Is the floor model, still in great shape and works perfect

I like all the features associated with this machine. One take away is the odor build up from the drum. It sours quickly and requires a clean cycle run or a cleaning tab weekly.

I had mine delivered yesterday and was blown away as to how poor the interface is as the functions bridge across two different displays and the second display is absolutely unreadable. You have no idea certain functions are there if you touch the total blacked out right half of the rectangular screen. I called LG and they started by offending me talking about how he bought this as well for an elderly parent who can't see well and created a "cheat chart" that is taped above the display that shows what functions aren't lit up but work if you touch the screen in a certain place as mapped out on the cheat chart. How RIDICULOUS. First off, I am not elderly, see perfectly, and the screen simply doesn't light up the function I and another user mentioned in our reviews. I was told they will never update the screen or the software for this, and new models are being improved and they are aware. Problem is, this is their TOP OF THE LINE state of the art unit that was JUST released. UNBELIEVABLE. My installer also broke my cold water valve cranking on it like a moron. Now I have an $800 plumbing bill. BUY A DIFFERNT MODEL AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!! The only reason there are not all 1 star reviews due to this is that a lot of people only use the main functions on the dial and you can't see what you are missing to know what you are missing. The old washer had failed and flooded my house, and rather than repairing my unit I figured paying top dollar for the best of the best would be a nice reward for the problem. However, now I have a busted valve plumbing bill and have to work a return on this washer and choosing a new washer. I love LG, but I have NO IDEA how this passed any intelligent person's quality review before they released the product. RUN FROM THIS FAST! The installers also did not install the plugs to cover the holes from the shipping container, did not level the unit, and knocked the dryer exhaust off the dryer. They left and I spent an hour finishing the install. Best Buy install is the WORST, and this particular model of washer from LG is AWFUL.

I really like this washing machine si far. It has all the options i wouod want to use without feeling overwhelming. It has an AI option that lets the washer figure out the setting/balance by feeling whats in the load. Helps me not have to think about it! Clothes are coming out clean!

I love my new washer and dryer. The technology makes it easy to dial in your settings. The quiet operation and backlit drums are amazing! I purchased the pedestals to elevate them to a proper height making it easy to do laundry. Thanks LG and Best But!

This is as good as you would expect with the LG Brand. Super quiet and saves a ton of money on soap. When you are tied in with your cell phone app, you get notified when your wash has completed. Less trips up and down the stairs checking on wash. Great value.

This is my second LG front loader and I love it. My last one was 11 years old and still working. The people that bought our house kept it as part of the sale. This gave me the opportunity to get a new one. This particular model got great ratings. If it is as good as my last one, it may be the last one I ever buy.

Love this washing machine, perfect size and quality

We really enjoy how easy it is to set the wash cycle and adjust to meet your needs. The door stays open just a bit so that the drum dries out and doesn't get mildew like the earlier models. Very stable; doesn't rock when loaded with 5 pairs of jeans.

We love this set. Large enough to wash spreads and large loads. Te steam feature is awesome. Through in a wrinkled blouse/shirt for a few minutes and it is good to go.... I do not like to iron!
