This was all my wife's thing (just write the check honey) she was NOT happy with the 1st set, made a trip back to the store, and decided on this make and model, she couldn't be happier! To top it all off she got the pedistals to match which made the machines just clear the vabinets above by 3/4"

I wasn't so sure about the automatic dispensing when the machines arrived. I did not notice that in the store. I am quite pleased with the adjustments you can make to the auto-dispensing to fit my preferences and those preferences are saved. So many options but they are all fantastic. I don't regret this purchase at all.

Love LG products…it does what it supposed to do. I took black stainless steel for all my products which I love.

Love the new washer. So far only used it a handful of times but has great features, informative phone app and links to Alexa. I have two dogs and used the steam cycle to get the dog bed clean. Came out sparkling clean and smelled good. Always been a Kenmore, GE or Maytag owner and was nervous to move to this brand. So far, so good. Best Buy was wonderful and very quick to get installed- Installer team was professional and respectful of property

This replaced a pair of GE washer and dryer we have had for 15 years. The quality and features are great compared to what we had. We love the automatic dispensing laundry detergent and softener that adjusts to what type of load size you have will most likely save on detergent and softener.

My daughter loves this. She says she doesn't have to fall on the washer to get the clothes out. The many wash cycles is amaZing.

Instructions for use are easy to follow. It has been a positive addition to our remodeled laundry space.
