    The washer seems to be doing okay til the spin cycle. but the delivery team did not let me inspect the washer when they installed it. I had to make sure everything was good after they left. It had a big dent in the back and almost every load is showing it needs to be rebalanced which concerns me.

    I would give this washer a five star review if I could figure out how to get cold water rinses. It doesn't seem like any cycle will give me a cold water rinse. I don't know if it's because of the warm water rinses , but this washer does get my clothes cleaner than my previous one.

    We bought this washing machine also the dryer as a pair we are glad we did Washing machine has a lot of nice feature and there WiFi so you know when the machine shut off on your phone Very easy to use.

    The AI wash is fantastic. No more wasted soap and more comfortable clothes coming out of the wash. Connected up to my ThinQ app, i know when the load is finished too, so no more mildew-y clothes because I forgot that I had a load going! This washer (and it's companion dryer) are the best of the best.

    So far this machine has worked like a dream. I can monitor the clothes cycle on my phone as well as change the settings to program my machine according to my laundry. I also bought the mini pedestal that works marvelously.
