    Voice clarity is not what expectations with sales person. He was very nice and did not rush. Just not very happy with system.

    Hated it. The sound was trash, it was hard to down load the app the remote was complicated to adjust the tone. So i took it back the following weekend

    For most people this is an ok sound bar. The earc on my unit would not work. If you want a better sound bar get the samsung in the same price range.

    Bad, Bad, Bad sound bar!

    Bought this with a LG - 82" Class UN8500 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV and I could not be more disappointed. Cannot get the sound to sync up no matter how many times we try. The only way is to take it off eARC and run it on PCM which completely defeats the purpose of having 5.1 ch. Huge waste of money. Do not buy if you are pairing it with an LG TV which is complete madness. Getting ready to return.

    The subwoofer failed three weeks after the warranty expired. I’ve been told by Best Buy and LG that you can’t buy a new subwoofer. Without it, the soundbar doesn’t sound good at all. Time to buy a new soundbar-this time with one that has a replaceable subwoofer. Like Bose, maybe.

    It broke after a year and 4 months and wont turn on anymore. This is way too expensive of a product to break thay quickly. Also the subwoofer regularly disconnected and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to reconnect. Do not buy.

    The subwoofer doesn’t put out the advertised wattage therefore it sucks for that price and I bought two, one after the other stopped producing sound quality listed and now I look to buy from somewhere else a different name brand.

    does not work with oled tv have had repair to my house for 90 minutes to be told wilol never work correctly and to use a optical connection which disables all the high end feature of the sound bar

    I would honestly save my money if I were you. I’ve had this for less than a year and the Bluetooth subwoofer constantly disconnects and now I can’t even get it to pair again.

    There are no instructions on how to operate. The online manual tells the buttons (sound effects), but what do they do. The installer said don’t worry it is automatic. No it is not.
