Initally purchased this range due to its high ratings? BUT, the oven portion of this unit decided to take a dump on me after TWO Years and four months of service! GEEK SQUAD-dispatched "technician" on three different occasions to diagnose/address issue; no luck! Instead, I got excuses saying the product has a defective harness and cord (told this on third visit; was told I had to pay $188 for these parts). BUT, I was not charged due to the range failing to work-after install of parts. NOTE: technician had replaced the motherboard, ignitor, and thermostat first two visits!
LG Customer service, awful. Could not speak with a "human voice"; communication was via Chatbox; repeatedly saying the same verbiage over, AND OVER!
NOW, this is where I pay homage to the "Black Shirts" that work at Best Buy, I reference the color of shirt because I question the overall knowledge of the "Blue Shirt" staff. Ms. Lindsay (Black Shirt), was the GREATEST! she was able to rectify this matter by junk-out the LG; allowing me the opportunity to select another range (Definitely not a LG). Probably being that steady customer purchasing darn near all my technology from Best Buy for almost 15 years probably helped in turning this experience from a HEADACHE to a SUCCESS!
