    It took us a little time to figure out our new smart tv and the remotes coupled with TIVO, but we finally managed it and are very satisfied with this product.

    Right away, mine didn't connect and/or stay connected to bluetooth and kept switching to hdmi. Sound bar had problems with it too. The model is fine, just needed to exchange this one. It happens, so make sure you can exchange it promptly if needed.

    This TV lasted around 18 months with occasional use. First it started giving vertical lines in the picture (see attached). A few days later it completely died and it costs more to fix it than get a new one. I'll never buy an LG product again.

    Blacks look nice and dark. Bleed is barely noticeable and the anti glare works well in the daylight. Operating system is fast and snappy, has the new ones the OLED tv's have so it's very responsive.

    very poor image quality and very bad contrast and color. I would only recommend it if it's on sale. The only good thing about it is LG WEBOS system.
