The top burners are fantastic but I wonder if is a bad unit because the oven on bake mode is baking unevenly the bread or my fist turkey that I just did this year. The stove is few weeks old and I had big expectations for the amount of money it costs.

A good oven, but the screen started malfunctioning after 2 years. The igniter went at 3. I ended up getting a new samsung ( repairs were almost as much!) Be sure to get the longer insurance coverage on this one…

Purchase in June 2022. Until recently, this has been a great range. Nice looking, responsive burners, and good oven. However, I have been getting an F9 error code on the oven intermittently. This means the oven, when turned on, fails to reach 150 degrees within 5 minutes. Had the oven serviced and installed a new circuit board but the problem persists. Are appliances not meant to last more than two years? Very disappointed.
Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern about the F9 error code on your LG Range (LSGL6335F) model, especially after having the circuit board replaced. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. As a troubleshooting step, we recommend checking the oven's temperature sensor, as it could be faulty or improperly connected, which might cause the oven to not heat correctly. If the sensor is not functioning as it should, it could prevent the oven from reaching the desired temperature. I owe this stove for 5 months and l am very Disappointed. The quality of grates and burners are low. And this stove Does Not have proper insulation, heats up the whole house. This is very dangerous. This summer we had couple days of oven cooking and the whole house got SOOO hot that we thought the AC. broke . But it was the oven. Also, the digital front panel does not do what supposed to do. We wanted to buy a different brand but this Best Buy sales people stirred us toward this model. By the the way, Best Buy customer service we don't need your lame written excuse. This is a shame in the name of this nation.
Hi there. We're truly sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you've had with your stove. It's understandable how frustrating it must be to have invested in a product that doesn't meet your expectations or needs. It's unfortunate that the quality of the grates and burners doesn't meet your standards, and the lack of proper insulation is a cause of concern not only for the temperature of the house, but also in terms of safety. The overheating of your house due to the oven cooking making it unbearable must have been very uncomfortable, especially considering the recent warm summer temperatures. Having been steered towards this model by Best Buy salespeople also adds to the frustration of the situation. It's disappointing to feel as though a salesperson's advice has led to an unsatisfactory purchase. I'm sorry to hear that Best Buy's customer service has been inadequate and that they have not provided you with a meaningful solution. Let us help you with that by sending us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport, and we would be pleased to assist. ^Cris
