Called and a replacement was sent within 2 weeks. Delivery guys helped me unpack and check tv. They were very kind and hauled off the empty box also.

To be fair, when there is a dark video playing, this TV looks amazing. But, I returned 2 due to their DSE or “Dirty Screen Effect” which is VERY noticeable if you have a solid bright color displayed.

Paying also extra for the 8K TV is kind of waste of money as hardly any broadcast ( neither cable nor streaming ) are 8K. You will be luck if they are 4K. Maybe several years from now there will be more 8K broadcasts but by then this TV will already be already old
