The controls of this LG dryer take some getting used to (different from our previous quite elderly Kenmore), but my wife says she is adapting and that the LG does a good job.

My wife says it’s perfect, wonderful, and I love it! Moisture sensor is incredibly accurate. I put a dry towel in the dryer to test it in the “normal “ setting it started the drying cycle at 37 minutes two minutes later it realized that the towel was dry and it turned off!

I have had this dryer for about a month, and it has never worked correctly. Despite multiple cycles, it does not dry correctly. I had it delivered on November 21. A tech had to come out to reinstall the vent on December 6. I still had issues with the flow sense error and cycles never finishing despite making sure there was no kinks or sharp bends in the dryer vent. I also made sure the vent system was clear of lint. It is only six inches and goes straight through a single wall to outside.
After several phone calls with Best Buy and a chat with LG, apparently, nothing can be done on their end, despite it being in warranty. Neither company will send someone out to look at the machine. And instead insist that I need to clean the vent....despite me sending photos and telling them that is not the issue.
Also, good luck if you need to return anything. Do not believe the holiday return period promise, as I was not able to return it on December 15th, despite being previously told on December 13th that it was returnable until January. I would not purchase an LG or from Best Buy, as neither company is helpful and neither will send anyone out to even look at the appliance if you have any issues. As of now, I'm out the $500 for a dryer that does not work.
