This dryer does dry as well as my 21 year old dryer that stopped working. I was cautiously hopeful based on some comments made in the reviews, sadly the drying issues were confirmed with use. It is mediocre. I have to hang clothing items to finish drying. I would not repurchase this dryer.

First one delivered did not work at all and apparently all the installer did was plug it in to make sure it had power. Had to have a second one delivered and was not an easy process.

I actually returned this one because it wasn't drying the clothes on the first dry so I upgraded to a better LG. Not a lot of bells and whistles which I wanted but wasn't happy with having to turn the dryer back on because clothes weren't completely dry.

I had a terrible experience with the purchase of a dryer. I’ve been a customer for about 28 years. And this experience has left me not ever wanting to go back to your store ever again. I’ve never brought a review like this. But that is just showing how Strong my feelings are about this.

The dryer is fine. It's a dryer. It doesn't dance; it does sing. Big deal. What deserves one star is Best Buy. I purchased a dryer on 11/30/24. The salesman sold me a dryer with a slanted lid; I can't use that. I exchanged it on December 8. Didn't receive the new dryer until December 30. A nightmare. I also purchased a range and dishwasher on 11/30/24. They were delivered on 1/16/25. The range was so damaged that the delivery men didn't even get it off the truck. I had to go out to the truck to see the damage first. I returned both items and bought from a local store. So much better. Beware Best Buy! The shoddy customer care is not worth the anxiety or the interest-free financing.

Poor Best Buy delivery

This was our 2nd try to get a clothes washer. We were wanting one that had a drop down door. The first delivered did not have a drop down door. So Best Buy, sent this one. I guess they simply looked at the picture and thought it was a drop down door. It wasn't. We sent it back.
