    This is my second purchase of a LG appliance. And being 6ft 8in, this is needed for my tall family. I absolutely love the brand and I haven't had any issues. Once you find the best setting for your clothes, this thing will blow your mind.

    This dryer is amazing because you can open it two ways giving you ease to get the clothes inside to dry or to get them out. It opens from the top downward or sideways so for those with space concerns, this offers you two ways to dry your clothes. I am used to older models but this machine does a great job and is pretty deep.

    Love this drier and the dual opening options on the door for loading and unloading clothes. Gets clothes dry super quick. My only concern is dryer sheets tend to get stuck in the lint housing and don’t tumble with the clothes. Doesn’t do it every load but 7/10 loads. Love the app notifications for cycle completion so I can get clothes out instantly without hearing some annoying jingle.

    BE AWARE that the EASY LOAD door does NOT open all the way flat which is what i was expecting. This is only a problem if opening top/down. You can still use SWING open for tradition use. I wish they showed a video of the EASYLOAD to show it does not open all the way. Kind of misleading. Also app doesnt work but thats whatever because its not a big loss, just something i figured would work seamlessly. Got it at adiscount for buying matchign washer/dryer.

    So far everything works great. I have not downloaded any settings yet to see the other options. Only negative is dryer sheets keep getting caught under the lint trap. Not sure how to stop this. Everything works great so far.

    I love the easy load door -- so much easier. Easy to scratch though -- I put the basket on top of the dryer and it put a huge scratch on the top of the dryer. I wouldn't put anything but clothes on top now.
