We have had 4 promised delivery dates the were cancelled with very poor or non-existant communication. It has been unacceptable. Phone not answered at store so we drove there, store employee and manager were helpful in rescheduling delivery appointment but the computer system bumped us off that 2 hours later. Phone support were clueless. Hope LG washer & dryer are worth the aggravation.
Hi, Barbara. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG Dryer (DLE8200W) model. We understand how important it is to have your appliance delivered and installed on time so you can begin using it right away.
Once your unit is in place, one helpful step is to run the Flow Sense indicator check. This could be a good review. However, we just bought this dryer about a month ago and the light works whenever it gets good and ready.
Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG Dryer (DLE8200W) model. We understand the importance of having every feature of your dryer working consistently—especially something as simple and useful as the drum light. One helpful step is to power‑cycle the unit by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in. This can help reset the internal control board if the light isn’t responding as expected. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-DLE8200W.AEWEEUS. We’d be glad to take a closer look into this with you. This dyer is not good, the very first day the load stopped and kicked a D95 error, returned the dryer for a replacement and the replacement dryer did the same thing after three weeks of use. This error is a ventilation error but there aren’t any clogs or lint present. I would not recommend this dryer. I have gone weeks without a functional dryer.

I'm sure the dryer is great, but I have no idea because I haven't been able to use it since the washer was delivered without a drip pan. It cannot be used until I pay to have someone come out, move the washer, and install the pan.

Dryer was loud. Not a good dryer very disappointed with LG dryer.
Hello there, SylviaH. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that your LG DLE8200W dryer is producing loud noises during operation, leading to disappointment. Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further.
It's common for dryers to emit certain sounds during cycles, such as clicking from zippers or buttons, or humming from the motor. However, persistent loud noises may indicate specific issues. Here are some steps you can take:
Inspect for Foreign Objects: Ensure that items like coins, zippers, or buttons are not left in pockets, as they can cause noise when tumbling. Before drying, zip up or button clothing and turn items with such features inside out.
Check the Dryer Drum Rollers: Worn or damaged drum rollers can lead to rumbling noises. To inspect, remove the dryer belt and try turning the drum by hand. If it doesn't rotate freely, the rollers may need replacement.
Examine the Idler Pulley: A squeaking noise might originate from a failing idler pulley, which maintains tension on the drum belt. If the bearing is worn, replacing the idler pulley can resolve the issue.
Ensure the Dryer is Level: An unleveled dryer can cause excessive vibration and noise. Use a level to check, and adjust the leveling legs as necessary to stabilize the appliance. LG Dryer - How to Reduce Dryer Noise - https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-dryer-how-to-reduce-dryer-noise--1428680945131 If you've gone through these steps and the noise persists, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. Our team will be more than happy to explore further solutions. We appreciate your patience. —Renzo

This LG is an intelligent machine.
The various settings are easy to use.
The drum is huge, and can fit one big king comforter. The Payse button is great, that I can add couple of delicate clothes as necessary. And I like the lint catcher that I
have not seen in other dryers. It is most serviceable equipment I have now a days.
Thank you to yiur Associate Josh R in pleasant Hill. He helped a lot in our final decision to chose the best dryer for us. Thank you.

Nice looking dryer, looks very modern. The size is amazing as I was able to dry bed sheets and a quilt together. Could probably handle bed sheets and a comforter. Lots of options from temperature to dryness, along with other features that I need to become familiar with. Don’t forget to save your old dryer power cord, as dryers do not come with that. I learned that the hard way.

Nice big dryer. Has a couple different modes. Opted to get one without a water line just to avoid potential leaks. Lots of different settings. Wouldn't pay full price for this machine but on sale it's definitely worth it. The install crew was also professional.

Dryer works great. Nice looking. I have one issue, that may not be an issue with anyone else, but I bought the washer and dryer with glass doors so I could see if sheets get tangled, etc., and they are so darkly tinted I can't see through them.
