This dryer is fast and clothes come out unwrinkled. I was told when I purchased this dryer I could apply reward points to the purchase. WRONG you can only apply rewards to future purchases. I called customer service and got form letters in return. I asked a supervisor to call me but got another form letter.

Replaced older washer/dryer with LG. Couldn't be happier with this model. Plenty of capacity for family of 4, kids make enough mess to need frequent washes. Ability to set your own drying cycles or download using your NFC enabled android is awesome. The only caveat I would mention is size. Most new washer/dryer are oversized, especially in this capacity range. Make sure your laundry area can fit it properly. Not easy to get it home only to realize it won't fit. It did fit for us but needed some work for dryer. Biggest issue was getting it close to the wall and still allow proper venting. Kit that ships from BestBuy will require more space between dryer and wall.

Love my new dryer, it is quick, and quiet, and offers a multitude of options, and is fairly easy to operate. Absolutely love the jingle, is one of my favorite parts about the new Dryer!!

This is basically a repeat review of the matching washer. I feel the price was reasonable and the machine has no flaws that I have seen yet. It does most everything, including steam, that machines costing much more do. Really, how many cycles can you actually use? Again I must compliment the third party delivery/install team. This is the second time they've delivered great service. Other installers should take note of how important this service is to the consumer. As to longevity, only time will tell but I'm very pleased with the both the dryer and matching washer. As noted in my washer review, my son bought the same set based on my recommendation.

This model has a very large drum so it can easily wash comforters and large loads. I love the steam settings and you can change the water temp, spin cycle, and other features. The chime when it is done is quite nice.

Works well. Build quality is excellent. Only slight negative is that the "energy efficient" mode is too cool so clothes take forever to dry - but I guess that is the trade off for protecting the environment. Can easily override this mode by selecting "more dry".

So far it does what it is supposed to do, I will update later if needed
