This dryer is easy to use and very quiet. I have it stacked with my washer and am pleased with the freed up space now in my laundry room.

I've had my LG laundry appliance pair for a little less than a month and so far, am happy with my purchase. I chose the low end of the product line, but they are absolutely sufficient for my needs. The dryer has all the cycles I require and notifies me with a happy little chirp when the cycle finishes. It seems well made and the installation instructions and owner's manual are thorough. It has sufficient capacity for heavy sleeping bags, quilts, and pet bedding. A problem encountered was that the Best Buys rep insisted at least twice that the dryer had a built-in 220 electrical cord; it did not. Luckily, I was able to transfer the cord from my previous machine to this one. Secondly, there was no yellow Energy Star label included with this machine, which was part of the qualification requirement for rebate. Best Buy said LG was responsible while LG told me this was a Best Buy's issue. I spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve this; one BB rep told me he'd refund 10% of the purchase price in lieu of the rebate and then abruptly disconnected and did not attempt to contact me again even though he'd just obtained all my contact info. No one else could explain why he even offered this. All things considered, I have no complaints about the machines themselves and would just advise double and triple checking info given by Best Buy reps.

Needed a new dryer and this is an excellent purchase. We have used it for a few weeks. It drys faster and saves on the electric bill.

This dryer is so fast and so quiet that we hardly have time to rest between loads. Very efficient.

Not only is the dryer energy efficient, I have found that I can dry most loads using the 'Speed Dry' option. I also love the musical end of cycle feature.

Does it's job really well, more efficient then our previous top load, with the set we are getting laundry done almost twice as fast as before.

Dryer works well, however we had to get a replacement of the initial unit delivered. It would not dry on any of the automatic cycles. It would shut off after only 2-3 minutes every time. It would work fine on a manual timed cycle. Didn't matter what cycle, how big the load was (needs to be somewhat sizable so the sensor can be in contact with clothes constantly, which is understandable), or how wet the clothes were. automatic sensor drying would not work. Best Buy replaced for free since I registered the complaint soon after the initial installation (seems 2 weeks is the window). The replacement unit has been working fine so far.
