This is the best purchase we have made in quite some time. The steam/de-wrinkle setting is incredible! I would recommend LG to anyone in the market for new washer/dryer.

Great dryer! I was apprehensive about the steam cycle, but it's amazing. I use it to refresh items that have been stashed in a cabinet (sheets) or drawer. It also sanitizes items that are too delicate for a hot cycle in the washing machine - like a shower liner! Total win!

Little challenging at first to determine how it works, but overall pleased

Solid washer/dryer, but some of the settings take so long

We have had this for about a month. Wow is all I can say! It is quite the upgrade from my old GE front loader. For example, I have never had my sheets dry in less than an hour, and this did it less than 50 minutes! Also, it's nice to be notified the dry is done via app. What is cool is that the washer and dryer communicates with each other, so if you used a bedding setting on the washer, the dryer will use that same setting too!

I be had this product for about a month now. The dryer works well on multiple types of clothes and is faster than our old one. It looks fantastic and is mostly easy to operate. The lint cleaner also seems to catch more than our last one. It’s a smart appliance so it can work off your phone and Alexa using the LG app, which also gives additional cycles that are useful like gym clothes and baby clothes (if you have one). I’d give it 4.5 if I could. The only drawbacks are that it does not come with the drying rack, and there is not a way to program a favorite cycle. Our last LG had a special cycle that we programmed to allow us to dry clothes to a damp cycle that allowed us to hang them and not dry them all the way. This one does not.

So far so good on this dryer. Has many features. Bought as an open box nearly new. Download customized dry cycle is nice.

Happy with the product. Wanted to give a special shout out to Nicholas, Anthony, Will, and Christine from the Geek Squad. Their set up of the Washer, Dryer, and pedestals was to notch. They made it easy to use and care for.
