I don’t feel like they explain the TV enough to us, I spent several hours trying to figure things out And had to call Geeksquad 2 times for help. Called LG support and Alexa support!

They help me from picking out the right TV for gaming and my master bedroom. I will recommend this Best Buy to anyone and it is 1 hour and 30 minutes farther.

I had asked the delivery guys to put the tv on the floor at the bottom the the stairs but apparently just inside the front door is all you get. In addition the delivery guys must have set the tv on the wet ground outside for period of time before bringing into my home because the entire bottom of the box was soaked! Not just damp, really wet and dirty. The tv was okay but due to them setting it on white carpet when they brought it in the house, I will now need carpet cleaning. While I like clean carpets, I prefer to clean them when I want, not because your delivery guys made them dirty. In addition, This is the second time I’ve have delivery issues with BB in the last year, maybe it’s time to look elsewhere. Great products, crappy delivery! I would give the tv 5 stars but the delivery dragged it down to 1.
