    Worthless totaltech and television

    What a waste of what appeared to be a really good television. Had this for less than six months. Was watching a show, went outside, and when I came back inside the screen looked like one of those old box televisions with a fuzzy picture. Turned it off and back on to a black screen. Tried a reset and still no picture. Called the totaltech folks as there was absolutely no physical damage present and the guy who came out blamed it on physical damage which causes the entire screen to go black after a while. Literally made no sense with no evidence or proof of what he was talking about. Just worthless words from a worthless coverage program. Highly disappointed in this experience with this product and the totaltech.

    I have no idea what to write. Got an email saying I picked it up today, went to the store, and the manager sold it. Apparently buying something at Best Buy and having to go another store to pick up, doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be there.

    Unpacked and found a cracked bezel. Bestbuy did me right on an exchange.

    I would say hands-down the best TV for the money in the marketplace right. I did tons of research before purchasing this TV and Wow I was not disappointed. The only thing I don’t like is the pointer function on the remote other than that everything is awesome and integrates great with the application for streaming

    This is by far the worst TV I’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for 3 years now and its almost completely unusable. It takes forever for apps to open and often they dont open at all. Dark scenes are difficult to watch in the dark and impossible in the daytime. Its nowhere near bright enough. Setup was a total pain. I wish I had returned it.

    If Your A Samsung TV Person-Stick With What Works!

    For many years I have been a Samsung TV person. After reading some of the reviews, I thought, let me try this LG 75. I was not impressed with the color or functions of this TV? My TV watching experience was not enjoyable! I returned this unit within the 15-day requirement and purchased my Samsung 75, QLED 4k, 80A. Wow! Is all I can say!

    Worst TV I own

    Bought three of these in 2021 (55/65/75 inches) and they are far and away the worst TV that i’ve ever owned. The panel struggles in ANY dark scenes and bands of light flashes across the screen making it hard to watch. Spoke to service and they indicated that there isnt anything they can do to fox the issue and called it the “mirror effect” stay away from LG and this TV
