    its an okay TV. Wifi not really working but luckly dont really need it too much since im hard wired to the internet. i can see the led backlighting go off and on. then only thing i like is the remote and webOS interface is easy to use. but thats it

    I know hate is a strong word, and I do not use it often, but I really do hate this TV. I purchased this TV to go in my downstairs living room. The picture quality is not as good as my 65 inch Vizio, but its size is so grand, I was ok with it. The upsetting part is the TV refuses to stay connected to the internet. When I say refuses, I mean refuses like a toddler going through his "terrible twos phase." If the TV has been off for any amount of time, it is is not connected to the WIFI when I turn it back on. I must try several times to reconnect while standing on one foot and praying to the Greek Gods for guidance. I don't actually have to do all of that, but it feels like it because it never connects on the first try. When it does connect it randomly jumps off WIFI like it has a warrant and it just saw the police. I hate this TV!! Did I mention it is not very user-friendly? The settings are not as easy to navigate as my other smart TVs (which miraculously all remain connected to the wifi "till death do them part"). I originally had a 65 inch TCL smart TV in its place, which I relocated to the upstairs game room. Since installing this "electronic picture frame," I now have to watch TV upstairs in the game room on the TCL or in the media room on an ancient Fred Flinstone not smart TV (thank God for the Firecube) that is more reliable than this piece of crap. It's pretty and looks lovely on my wall. However, I want a functioning SMART TV, not a trophy wife!!

    Great price but not a very crisp picture. Overall we were less than happy/impressed with the quality of the picture. Especially the closer you get to the screen, the less sharp the picture. We ended up returning the TV and went with a higher quality Sony model.

    I bought my 2019, but it is no longer watchable because it has developed a blue haze. I won’t be buying another LG TV.

    In my opinion, it’s not the best in frames per second and color but if you catch it on sale, it’s decent for the value. If you’re not used to the higher priced quality versions of tv’s, then this will appear just as fine as other. I’m ok with the purchase.

    I had bought my LG 75” TV on Black Friday and initially I didn’t have any problems. However about a month and a half after my purchase (January 12th), I was watching my TV and noticed a small green line running front the top to the bottom of the screen and a small black line going from one side to the other. At first I thought it had something to do with what I was watching, so I changed the channel but the lines were still there. So I returned the TV to the Best Buy location that I bought it from. Didn’t think that I would have a problem with a brand new TV that I had less than 60 days

    I bought this TV because it was only $1100.00. Not impressed with the picture at all. I have done all the correct settings and still not impressed. Would spend more if I could go back.

    Nice tv for price , got on sale. TV does capture all dark features so not the best when watching low lit movies. Also glitches when watching sometimes like the pixels won’t line up. Overall decent tv if you catch under $900 for the size

    Picture looked great for the first 2 days, but then the screen appeared darker on the right side. At first we thought it was the signal so we switched out cables and attempted some other troubleshooting, but no luck. LG customer service was going to send someone out but no timeframe was given. We decided to return it to Best Buy for a Roku TCL and we love it. Surprisingly the TCL frame felt sturdier than the LG. Very happy with the switch. LG menu was not user friendly either.

    Great tv. Apps start quick! Only downfall is the tv looks kind of dim compared to other screens. Even with the brightness adjustment it looks dim. Other than that we’re happy with our purchase.
