THIS IS THE ONE! We have been looking at upgrading from our C OLED from years ago (which mind you had no issues with) and once the new G5 released, I had to pull the trigger and boy am I glad I did! Being a gamer and avid move watcher, the quality of filmmaker mode (to watch movies how the producers wanted them to be watched) and the game mode (specifically for gaming) truly is breath-taking and has changed how we enjoy using the tv for the better. A must have for any night-time gamer in a black-out room!!! Get ready to be blown away!! Not to mention, the FIRE in movies is INSANE!! Truly unlike any other! You will not be disappointed!

It is an amazing TV. Crystal clear picture. The app selection interface is just a touch slow sometimes but other than that very amazing product. The TV mount that comes with it can be slightly quirky at first, as it was a bit difficult to figure out how to get it completely flat on the wall but you will figure it out. the person who sold it to me did not tell me it came with a TV mount so I bought an extra one.

Replacing my LG 77" C3, the notably superior LG 77" G5 offers impeccable picture quality. Recent updates not only fixed the reported issues with Dolby Vision and HDR10, but also added a new "Near Black Detail" picture selection that allows you to compensate for raised or crushed blacks. Although both HDR settings still run characteristically dark, they are brighter overall, and the screen's surface is tinted to better block reflections from windows or lights without sacrificing picture color and quality. Regardless of content (streaming, blu-ray, 4K, etc.) this TV seems to actually push towards achieving the best picture possible, often improving otherwise mundane video content. (Note on the TV's Sound Quality rating: I use an external receiver and Dolby Atmos system, defeating a proper evaluation of the TV's sound quality.)

I read a ton of reviews and watched a lot of video reviews on this TV and competitors. I am very satisfied with my decision. The picture is amazing. I watch streaming shows and more hockey than ever now. The picture watching hockey on Hulu is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Was in a store to Look at the C5 and this was next to it. All i can say is wow. Glade i purchased the G5, so much brighter. Some say that you wont notice in a home but after time Oled can dim, so with the G5 you have a lot of Brightness to spare, only have mine at 85 brightness

I had doubts whether or not it was worth upgrading from a 2018 Samsung UHD to a LG OLED 5 series… The upgrade in picture quality is astronomical and I wish I did it sooner!

I love the LG OLED TV best flagship model between the big three, samsung doesn't use Dolby Vision and for basic tv watching colors are too saturated, Sony's Bravia 8 II is also a very good option but as I am playing games the slightly better refresh rate is very helpful on the LG

Best oled on the market. Upgraded from a G4 and there’s a noticeable difference.

Great picture. Recently bought Samsung and Sony but had problems with the mother boards which went after the warranty was up. Lg has a 5 year warranty so hopefully this will not be a problem. I went with the G5 a little pricey but got a price match and it went on sale so I saved a few bucks! Over all this is the tv of the year so if you can afford it you won’t be disappointed

This TV is really lovely - There are numerous adjustments to the “picture” you choose to see. Very easy to navigate thru the smart settings. Pleased with our purchase.

I love the LG OLED tv. It came packed well. The install takes two people. The picture is amazing.

Have only had the TV for a couple of months so I can only tell you so far it is doing fine and has the brightest and sharpest of picture any TV I have ever had.

Really nice television. I hung it over a fireplace in a room with many windows. No issue with glare. the black and color levels look great. The apps software system is nice. Like the games offered as standard. Bought the LG TY sound bar and subwoofer with the television as a package. Voice syncing with mouth movement on the TV is perfect. The sound is very nice.

Fantastic brightness and colors. The size is great for our living room. Pairs well with a soundbar.

We bought the 77 inch version and are very impressedwith the picture quality. Watching football on this TV is an unbelievable experience. We have a surround system, so we haven't used the internal speakers.

It's easy to see why this TV is the best on the market, the picture, clarity, and color is phenomenal. At this point, I question even going to the theater with the level this TV performs.

High quality tv with a very bright display and vibrant colors

I’m really impressed with the picture quality and sound on this TV. The colors are vibrant, motion is smooth, and setup was super easy. Streaming apps run fast, and the remote is simple and responsive. Definitely worth the price! Perfect for movies, gaming, or everyday watching.
