I initially chose the 77” but glad I upgraded to 83” TV.

They tried to use a dolly to push the eighty three inch t v over rough stamp driveway Took some firm language to get them to carry it to the front door short distance

I worked at best buy for 6 years and left in 2011. I am amazed with their current customer service and delivery why people still shop at Best Buy. I would never buy another tv from Best Buy again. I will just buy the same great LG quality products from Amazon.
