Have only used the microwave for a week but pleased with it so far. Heats foods and drinks very quickly. Have not had a chance to use the convection feature yet, so will edit review afterwards. Only feature I wished was on here that my last microwave had was the ability to dim the underside light to be used as a nightlight. This one only has on/off.

I purchased this LG model based on my satisfaction with other LG products/appliances. Very pleased with the ease of use.

Wanted a basic microwave but bought this. It is amazing!! Now if I can get it to wash windows it would be a plus!!

Nice unit love the convection feature & very good microwave Would have gave it 5 stars but the lettering on the Dials is a grey color & at times it's a little hard to read them ..would have been much better in a bright White !

We like the various features that the LG microwave has along with the stainless features

Microwave is working as expected. Very satisfied with the dimensions. Was concerned the unit would protrude too much, but that is not the case. Only concern was after cooking on the range using a burner on high for quite some time, I noticed the handle was hot (not too hot to grab and use).

I recently upgraded my kitchen with this unit. I am so glad I did, this unit is superior to what I had before. I had no idea microwaves were capable to do the things this unit can do. This unit will not disappoint, I'm glad I went with this microwave for the upgrade.

We made crispy potato French fries from scratch in this thing. I though microwaves were one use only type devices. This thing does it all and does it very well. The ONLY negative is that there is no app for IOS, android only. #2017 problems.

It's easy to use, has great features and works flawlessly.

I love it more than I thought I would with it having the knob. We bought it open item at a good price.

This is a great oven for both microwaving and convection baking. I only have 2 minor complaints. The process of selecting microwave or convection oven could be simpler. I think there should be a microwave button and a convection button. As it operates today, I am always concerned that I will accidentally select microwave with the metal plate and rack in the oven. And, I wish there were more temperature options, not just the 25 degree increments.

I bought this microwave at open box and works great

I have only had this product for 4 days but so far am very pleased with the performance. The price was excellent. This is the third LG product we have purchased since October.

I am super pleased with this unit. The inside capacity is very large without a bulky surrounding unit. It was not as high as other units I compared and provides a lot of room over your stove. Happy with the quality and performance.

The LG microwave I purchased (was not available to actually look at) purchased in my home. My problem with it is this: Because of an eye condition, it is almost impossible for me to read the instructions panel because it is done in black and the individual settings do not lite up (as the clock does). Because of the COVID virus "stay home and stay put" I have notified the store and they were going to come and check it out but have not been able to make in-house calls.. Elizabeth Koster

Had to return the first one ordered because it came in defective. The conventional oven feature didn't work at all. So far the new one is working just fine.
