The door did not close properly. This was our second replacement with the same problem. Would not recommend to buy.

Great looking microwave

We bought the LG over Samsung due to the depth demension. Almost 2" shorter. The only annoying issue is the control panel does not light up, this makes it extremely hard to read the function buttons.

Double oven, French Door Refridge, Microwave, Dishwasher. Nothing But Trouble. The Refidge is on its 3rd Compressor. The Microwave Knob stopped working - to repair need to replace entire control unit -2 times they did that under warranty - Now the 3rd time - will not and costs as much as new microwave. THe Dishwasher leaked - and was repaired. The Oven Knobs are very wiggly - and one broke off - The tech said quite expensive to have him repair, but gave me the part number - I ordered on line and my husband took the oven face apart and replaced it.

Cannot set microwave cook times
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a beautiful microwave oven but its useless and terribly inconvenient. You cannot set a cook time of anything unless it is in 10 second increments. I reread the book over and over looking for how to set it to cook for 25 seconds and could not find anything. Finally, I called in to support and there is no function to set the seconds in the cook time other than in 10 second increments. This is not mentioned in any of the information provided by LG Electronics in any Specs for the product. But of course support says it is working as expected so its not broken. Considering I used my microwaves for cooking by exact times since the beginning of microwaves. And my last convection oven (another brand) was capable of it with no key pad, I never fathomed that one would not have adjustable seconds. I would seriously just rather have a regular microwave that is usable. I have not even tried the convection oven portion yet.

Impossible to read without a very bright light or flashlight. I thought it would have a back-light considering the difference between the picture and the item. No. Chatted with LG, they apologized, said pic must have been shot with a flash. I'll upload my own pic so you won't make the same mistake.
