After replacing the first one we got it has run very well. It has an easy to use button for quick start timing. Looks amazing, easy to keep clean. Con- the panel is not backlit so I need my glasses and a light to see where to press for settings.

Thought this would be a good choice for convection and microwave combo. The dial control is very odd and limits you to setting cook times in large increments (:10,:30,1:00..) Also makes it difficult to navigate. Until literally stopped working within a year and Best Buy couldn’t find an exact replacement. They did substitute. Similar Maytag which was a superior product.

microwave works great. Convection works even better. This thing is a handy one to have. I never thought I would use "2 ovens" but it seriously has been a life saver. I've even baked even more because it's so easy and convenient. The downfalls are - the lights are not Backlit. so if it is dark or there is a glare. you will have a hard time seeing the buttons. The buttons are a lighter grey and the area the buttons are on are dark grey. blend to much. I'm going to look into seeing if I have have some white label buttons made that will look good. Not a deal breaker for the most part where mine is located I haven't had too hard of a time finding the buttons I need. 2nd downfall people have complained about is the dial. There are no buttons to enter in exact times. so i fyou want 4 minutes and 5 seconds, you can't. You have to turn the dial until you get to 4 and then can do 4 min or 4 min 10 sec. increments in 10's only. This doesn't bother me. I don't usually heat anything for 35 secs or so on. Plus it heats everything so well, I think you can put something in for 5 less seconds and you won't notice the difference. Turning the dial doesn't bother me much. at first it was a change; but it really only takes a couple seconds, and time is set.

After a week plus of use and figuring out all the bells ans whistles, I really like this microwave. Tried a chicken in the combo (micro plus convection) and worked great. Sensor cooking seems on the mark or very close. Easy to use and nice accessories for convection and combo us.

I bought this morcowave part of my replacement kitchen suite and my wife wanted a convection microwave to replace the old one that came with the house. The product came in damaged, where he door sensor was broken, luckily I bought the geek squad protection and I called it in and the service techs were the most inept. Fix the door but didn't bother to check the fan and it was making some loud noise and then had to wait another 2 weeks for someone to come for that and Best buy just gave the run around for about a month. I finally got them to replace my old, but it was backordered for 3 months because the product was a recent release . I had to borrow my father's additonal microwave for time being. And now we have it, but don't use it between the air fryer and convection oven range. Save your money and invest in air fryer, it's less expensive and better quality food.

Nice styling, microwave works very well! Also has a convection oven feature that is quite handy for small baked items that you would normally use your full size oven for. Takes a little while to get use to the section knob & the menus, but once you have it figured out, its easy! Hope to get many years of use from this model.

A wonderful microwave and oven, but needs LED buttons and a more useful smart app for remote control!!!

This is a very nice convection microwave. The only thing I would change are: the control panel is very hard to see (it’s black) it needs to light up or the display of functions needs to stand out some how and there are no numbers just a knob. The inside of it is huge and it’s really nice to be able to turn off the turntable when baking in it.

I bought this very expensive microwave and found out the door sensor is broken after the install that prevents the microwave from starting. I purchased the 5 yr geek squad warranty and I can say it's pretty useless. Cortlandt store have one tech that goes around to service the product, Josh, and after repeated phone calls to Best buy and talking numerous managers for weeks on end, the part was ordered 2 weeks later from LG and shipped to house and an appointment made for service. Service date came and he came out swap the damaged door sensor and once complete and now that the microwave was able to sense the door closed and start heating, my father-in-law that was at the house for service discovered now the fan is damaged. So this other part was placed on order by the tech after advising him to do so. I'd like to state I have no other choice in this matter because the microwave is on back order by bsstbuy with LG and I don't have the option to change the unit until 3 months (March/April 2018, if that). Once again I'm chasing the rep for an update to see if the part was ordered and numerous call into Josh with no response to date. I got a hold of one store manager yesterday and a service report has been created but no update or timetable for the part or repair. He said he will escalate the issue and someone will call me within 24 -48 hours of which today is only the 24th hour. I have been without a microwave for a month now, and my old microwave was hauled away with the delivery. Have a small 5 infant and a 3 year old where I had no choice but to go buy another microwave with no sign of repair. I'm a fan of LG and best buy, and this experience has completely turned me and I'll consider twice before purchasing anymore product from best buy or LG with the awful experience.

Very good product. Primary use is through a dial at the front that you select your cooking options. Sensor cooking allows the unit to actual sense the moisture coming out of your food to adjust total cooking time. Using this with frozen vegetable setting gets it right every time! Really recommend it!

I bought this microwave to update my kitchen and replace my old one. I love this microwave. Its easy to use and the convection oven works like a dream!

We weren't looking for this combination when we found this one but since it has the ability to be a convection oven as well as a microwave we figured why not. We have not been disappointed. It is a great microwave but we have not used it as convection oven yet. The different melodies it plays when the timer finishes or the cooking is complete are a nice change from just a bell or buzzer. If this one lasts as long as the previous one we will be in good shape.

If you want a top brand and modern design, this is it!! I love this microwave. Easy to install.

Bought this to replace an old microwave, originally wanted more wattage (1000+). This microwave is 950 watts but the added convection feature was the decision maker for me.. it also has a combination of microwave and convection, the fan is very quiet with 5 speeds. I’m happy with this unit! Not easy to use at first though.

This LG Microwave Convection Oven is fantastic. The ease of use LG builds into the unit make this a breeze to cook in. The speed of the microwave is very fast and the food completely and evenly cooked. The convention cooking is very fast as well. I most whole heartily recommended this LG Oven!

I love it!!! I had to wait two months for my double oven to come. I used the microwave convection oven to cook a couple steaks. They cme out pretty good.

I like the knob control. Very easy to set a quick heating time to any 10-second interval. I also love the fact that it can be used a convection oven as well. However, we have not had a chance to use the convection oven feature yet.

This by far is the best Microwave at this price point we have owned. Many cooking options that we are still discovering. Food cooks evenly. Does very well with vegetables. Has a nice profile and cleans up nicely

This microwave looks great above my slide in LG Studio range. It operates quietly and cooks and reheats evenly. It has settings for sensor cooking and reheat and they work great. It works so well I have never set the timer and rely solely on the sensor setting. The knob on the front is a convenient way to control the microwave and gives the microwave a high quality feel. The touch pad is glass, and not plastic which is prone to warping over a hot range. The vent works well and filters smoke and steam and disperses heat from the range below. I considered a range hood for this and a countertop microwave but am very happy I chose this over the range microwave with vent instead.

My daughter was thoroughly upset by LG’s decision to ignore time frames less than 10 seconds. That’s right if you want to cook something for less than 10 seconds this is not the microwave for you.
