    Great Sound? Not so much...

    I bought this LG Tone Platinum headset because the Bose Soundsport Free wireless set I had bought first wouldn't stay put in my (very small) left ear canal. I had hoped the LG with its much smaller ear pieces would be the answer. Unfortunately I had already been spoiled by the fantastic sound of the Bose, so the LG Tone Platinum didn't have a chance of impressing me for sound. Nothing matches the the dynamic frequency response of the Bose Soundsport Free. I know because I've tried all the wireless headphones in this price range, and Bose blows 'em all away. Being a musician I am very discriminating when it comes to dynamic range and frequency response of headphones. Perhaps if one tries the LG Tone Platinum first and stays away from the Bose Soundsport Free he/she would like the LG set. Otherwise I highly recommend the Bose Soundsport Free for the absolute best sound -- if you can get them to stay in your ears!

    Google Assistant feature is awesome and sound quality is great, but ... a number of bugs ... most annoying ones are occasional inability to reconnect after power cycling, ie. have to manually reconnect via Bluetooth settings, and occasional getting notification that my device is out of reach every minute or so while I'm using it and I'm holding the phone. There are few other bugs, but minor and happened on certain conditions. Wish the software can be updated for headset at this price point.

    Good as long as you don’t plan on using Siri

    Sound quality is good. Had an earlier version and worked great especially with iPhone. Could operate Siri from headset. That option is gone as LG only allows Google Assistant from headset. Wish I would have looked more closely. Said works with iPhone just not all functions of iPhone. Consider Siri not functioning a major oversight in what does not work with iPhone.

    Ok quality limited function

    Sound at timed can be great other horrible there is no in between. When uts turned on it turns off yiur ringer with no option to change thst and all notification have the sane single bell sound played only through the headset. So if you dont have the ear piece in the ear you will not know of any calls emails or text messages

    I was told by mulitiple BB Workers that LG didnt have a good track record for wired ear phones, but I purchased anyways. It came with Google assistant, which I did not like having to be logged in to on my phone whenever I used the head set.

    The headset itsself was nice, easy to wear, not too heavy. I had many complaints about how I sounded on a call. Most say it was muffled sounding not of good quality. I returned this item.

    My wife used tones all the time but these were the worst. She could hear us but we couldn’t hear her very well. They need to drop the price on these to FREE!

    Like the LG brand, but I get lots of complaints that people can’t hear me or that I sound muffled. They also don’t have the voice answer capability.
