    Considering the cost for these headphones I expected better. I do like the fact that the earbuds retract, but the headphone cord seems so thin I feel like they really won't stand the test of time - though I may be wrong. Disappointed with the sound, not the best. This may be because the buds won't really seal in my ear and the replacement ear pieces don't vary in size much - like one size fits all. But at $200.00 they should be sounding awesome - NOT! Other than that they do work as advertised, and for this reason I'm giving them 3 stars, though I wish you could link them to more than one device at a time.

    The look and sound quality are great. I didn't think I would like the google assistant button, but I ended up using it. The biggest drawback for me was the range, any further than 15 ft from my phone and everything started breaking up. Distances that we crystal clear on other bluetooth headsets disconnected me. Not what I expect from a $200 set of headphones. The wires are super thin and I have a lot of concern that the pulling to unwind and wind will break a connection before long. I think I will be returning these.

    First off I am not an audiophile. I like and can recognize big differences in sound but I could not notice a huge difference between these and other cheaper models. The retractable cord's are awesome though. The sound for music was good. The call quality was not good, on either end. I have had better on the cheaper LG models. For the cost I expect more. Also due to the design of the retractable cords you cannot buy an extended warranty.

    No Best Buy extended warranty

    This was going to be my 3rd pair. The first pair was replaced by LG after about 8 months under their warranty. The latest pair lasted 1 year and 3 months. Wanted to buy another pair in which BB only sells the high end 200.00 pair, got to the register and the clerk told me that they didn’t offer the warranty anymore. No way was I spending 200 for a product that doesn’t last much more than a year. Product is good if it’ll quit breaking.

    Husband claims these were the best-his seem to work the better than mine-people struggle to hear most of the time. I could have gotten the same ones or similar ones for $50 cheaper at Sprint...probably gonna have to return these, it's frustrating to repeat myself several times when I'm talking to people. They're great for listening to music and podcasts and the range has been better than the other ones I had.

    Most people I talk to say they can barely here me. Feels solid but you have to tug on the earpiece to get it to retract. Not the best idea. No release button like the older model. More solid feeling though.

    Sound quality is good the retractor for the earpiece sticks a little bit the Bluetooth itself seems to work fine unfortunately way too much money compared to others

    To complicated. Google assist is limited. The directions are written so small you need a magnifying glass to read the few they bothered to write.

    Owned a previous LG headset. It was much better than this one. Other people have a hard time hearing me with this one.
