Easy to setup, having issues with some of it, but I think it's user error. I've reached out to the useless Linksys customer service, but the handles speed well, multiple devices, but one of the nodes appears to be faulty or I've messed it up.

We were having trouble getting WiFi coverage throughout our two-level, 1800 Sq. ft. home. There were odd dead zones. This setup took care of the problem. Set up was easy enough (I'm pretty pathetic with tech) and has worked fine for a couple of months now. Three of us work from home a few days each week, so we are happy to be able to spread out and stay out of each other's way. Streaming is fast, even when we are all on line at once. All in all, it's two thumbs up!

The whole home mesh router is fantastic. We have 100 MB basic service and went from 30 to over 110 after upgrading from the previous Netgear wireless router. We can highly recommend Linksys.

Excellent item. Works really well throughout the house. One thing I didn't expect is out of the three you get, one has to be directly connected to the router. Then you create another SSID rather than extending your existing network.

The Geek Squad set this up on 3 levels of our home. Now our connection is steady throughout, from basement to 2nd story! Thank you! Success!

We live in a two story home with a basement and the WiFi signal was struggling with only a single ASUS RT-N66R N900 router on the top floor. Even in the same room the signal was very weak. I finally decided to try a mesh system so I chose this Linksys based on the brand, the reviews, the specifications and the price (it was on sale when I purchased it). Installation was fairly straight forward. I did have to reset two of the 3 nodes from the start but they worked fine after that. The app is very handy for keeping an eye on your network when you're away. I can say I notice a considerable difference when streaming videos on my phone now versus the old ASUS router. I used to dread swapping from my wired PC to my wireless phone but now I barely notice a difference unless I'm moving around a lot. Currently, sitting in the same room as one of the nodes, I am seeing a 2.4GHz connection speed of 96Mbps on my phone and there are 10 active devices on my network. I did end up buying a 4th node because the signal was a little weak on our top floor using just one node. The house isn't that large (about 1734 sq. ft. total) but there are several walls between the node and the room where the signal was weak so I think adding a node there will fix that plus give us some extra range in the back yard and the garage. Overall, I am very pleased with this system and I would absolutely recommend it to someone who's been struggling with a weak WiFi signal like I did for years.

Reliable, easy to setup in the app. Great range. Can get WiFi sitting in the parking lot if I need to. Wasn’t aware this model didn’t include wire management. Also, at least in the app, devices don’t seem to automatically connect to closest node.

I bought these to quickly replace a router than had gone bad on us over a weekend. So far it's been a very good decision. Pros - Very easy to set up with the app. - Excellent coverage and speed throughout our 2 story w/basement 3500 sq. ft. home - Uses same wifi name for both 2.4g and 5g bands and devices automatically connect at their highest speed - Easy to set streaming devices and computers at a higher priority than other devices (which I RECOMMEND doing) Cons - AC1300 speed. Speed tests download results: From ISP to Velop AC1300 - 125Mbps To Windows 10 computer over Ethernet - 115Mbps To same computer over 5g wifi - 78Mbps

I've tried a few different systems to reach the cottage that I'm renting in the back of my friends' house. Both of the first two systems had problems - certain sites wouldn't come up, or suddenly I'd experience buffering issues. This system reaches from the node that serves as the access point all the way to the cottage at speeds that are pretty impressive. I'm very happy with this system.

Easy to set up. Boosted my WiFi and was able use more devices without loosing speed.

Easy set up. We under bought. Coverage is still sketchy downstairs and in far bedroom, going thru 3 stone walls. But better than previous with traditional boosters. Speed is considerably better. Gave 5-stars for set-up and the improvement over previous router strength. Performance in older house with thick stone walls rates 4-stars.

Initially purchased the Orbi as I have enjoyed Netgear products in the past, but had a number of issues including WiFi bandwidth. Finally got frustrated and swapped Orbi for Velop. Installed these units in same places with identical network config and havent looked back! Super easy to set up, and they have performed perfectly. These are terrific as far as I am concerned.

This mesh Wi-Fi system works really well. Set up was easy and the range on this thing is awesome. We now have coverage in our entire area. It’s nice to have coverage in our front and back yards. We always struggle to get Wi-Fi out there and now we have no issues. We get full speeds even on WiFi which is a bonus for us.

I had a major issue with sending a signal out to an RV. Short of running a cable, I couldn't find a solution. Thanks to the Linksys Velop and the tech guy at Best Buy I have excellent service to all corners of the RV and my yard. An amazing product, easy to set up, and has minimal drops. Highly recommend!

Bought this node to improve network range. Had a dead spot that most repeaters couldn't cover. So far this unit hasn't had any issues. I bought when on sale, $100 bucks seems too high for a dual band repeater.

Great product, gave us better wifi coverage throughout our home, easy setup. Downside: I wish it had additional LAN ports on the base-station node. We have other devices (hubs, printer, desktop, etc.) that we need to have cabled in. Not a big problem, I'll get a 5-port switch. But it would have been nice if the base node could accommodate more than one device.

This system corrected the issues I had with dead spots around my house. WiFi is definitely spread out in a better way than with just one router point. One thing to remember though, if you are rated at a certain Mbps with your main router/node you probably will not get that same speed at the other nodes. For example, if your internet speed is 200 Mbps on node #1, you may only obtain 60-70 Mbps on nodes 2 and 3. This is due to a lot of factors like spacing and obstacles in between the nodes. Either way it’s better than having just one spot for a router. Like I said, it will eliminate dead spots and spread enough bandwidth around your house to connect and do the things you want. Overall this product did what it said it would do. AND for a reasonable price! Don’t hesitate to buy this router system.
