    Initially, this product was great, with very good high resolution. Within a month the microphone failed, leaving a static sound. Eight months later with Windows 11 the camera could not be found in Skype or in any other software requiring a camera. Searches online reveal MANY others having the same problem with no solutions that help. Today, I've had to turn to my cellphone for any video conferencing. At $200 is considered to be TOTALLY Wasted Money!

      I am sorry to hear that you do not love your Logitech webcam. Although I am unsure without troubleshooting, this issue sounds like the webcam is not set as a default device on the OS. I suggest you contact Logitech's support team for personalized technical assistance.     Only issue I had is it doesn’t work with Zoom if plugged into a USB hub.

    I have both this one and the $39 from the same company and for zoom calls and meetings, not much difference that justify the price difference. Also, I was never able to install Capture ... keeps crashing, I don't even know how 4k looks like on this cam.

      Hello, Mataya! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the 4K Pro webcam. Most video conferencing software, like Zoom, do cap their video quality at 720p unless you or your company purchased the higher 1080p limit.
