4K Quality with good lighting!

It provides a well lit picture even if the lighting in the room isn't great. The software is easy to use.

The laptop's built-in cam failed after years of opening & closing it. The cost is much less than replacing the whole laptop. The Webcam goes over the built-in camera on the screen. It also has a nice hinged cover to black-out the camera for security when not-in-use. On a negative note, this USB Webcam is finicky about being plugged-in. Sometimes, I have to reboot the computer to make it aware of the camera. It also doesn't like all the USB ports on my Lenovo ThinkPad.

Person on other side of video conference Can still hear the dogs when they bark… in the other room… with the door closed.
