Doing research for troubleshooting and contacted Logitech support. no fix solution. $200 for a camera that only worked for a year and a half.

It works amazingly and plugged right in with no problems. It integrated just fine with Zoom and virtu-live and works great with a green screen! I almost got a different camera, but this one ended up being really great!!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid product, though I feel it's a tad overpriced, should probably be half the cost for the amount of hardware inside (Logitech brandname tax). That said, the software is great for medium-low tech knowledge, with tons of features you wouldn't get with some bargain brand camera. Now, could you get all those features yourself with free software? Probably. Though it wouldn't be nearly as simple.
