I have been using a pair of Sennheiser Game One's for close to a decade. The sound and mic could not be beat. I played mostly Counter-Strike and the directional sound on the Game Ones were AMAZING, footsteps - CLEAR, so good. Well eventually they broke. I pulled on the cable on accident and lost sound. I bought the current version of them on drop and unfortunately, whatever they're doing on their construction of them is garbage. I had two pairs from Drop that died within a few months from barely even tugging on the cable. I NEEDED WIRELESS. Luckily these bad boys made it to the market just in time. I had tried an older pair of A50s back in the day but the sound was awful. I went through many brands. Basically every "good" headset that was at Best Buy, I bought and gave a shot at home point. Nothing was as good as the Game Ones, which is why I ended up using them for almost a decade. I went in and grabbed these since reviews from "audiophiles" were coming in with high regard. Tried these out, and boy were they right. The sound is very close to the Game Ones. Maybe a little compressed, but pretty dang good overall. The microphone is outstanding for a wireless. My friends on Discord have said that the Mic quality is impressive. Though these things are quite expensive (double what I would normally pay), the trade off to be wireless is worth it.

Always heard about the headset but never looked into it at all but my last headset broke and i needed a new one. I was looking at the Nova 7 pro at first but wanted a headset with great sound quality and a great mic. The Nova 7 didnt have the best mic but then i remembered the A50 and after looking into decided to give it a try and i was not disappointed at all. The mic sounds very clear and great while the audio is amazing to go with it. The price feels high but i would say its more then worth if if you take care of it.

The Astro A50’s has been great so far. The sound quality is amazing and it’s really easy to track footsteps which makes a big difference especially in R6 Siege. I also love being able to adjust the game and voice chat volume just by pressing the side of the headset which makes it super convenient and easy to use.

Quit playing just buy it. Best headset I've ever put on. The comfort is amazing feels like pillows hugging my head. Sound quality... yes! Being able to plug it in to reverting at once and just switch with a button push is really nice too.

Weight, and charging station could be better but sound, battery, and mic are all excellent.

I liked this headset but ended up returning it. Not because it's a bad headset but because of the value of it. I got it for $250 and the fact that you have to finagle with it to get it to sit on the dock perfectly freaking sucks. Yes you can use a USB C cable to charge but why would I do that if I can slap it on a dock. Also battery life on this thing is terrible 20 hours? Yea I don't do long gaming sessions but 20 hours means I'll have to pretty much have it charging after each use. I went with the G522 they both sound exactly the same but the g522 has a 70 -90 hour battery life same mic for $150. Can't beat that. I will say the fit on the Astros is fantastic very comfortable

I've had a handful of gaming headsets, but this is probably the best "all-in-one" solution I have used. Good sound quality, range is actually decent and the mic quality is absolutely legendary and probably the best in this segment.

I’ve been using the Arctis Nova Pro wired with gamedac and always been an Astro fan so I tried these gen 5s and what a huge difference in sound. I get the steel series app is more user friendly but after some tweaking, the A50s have much more clarity and especially bass. The difference in exhaust sounds on FH5 is astounding. I’ve already ordered Wicked Cushions and can’t wait to try them. They are already more comfortable than the Steelseries.

Fantastic sound quality and i like that i can adjust the audio between my team and the game. Very comfortable and battery lasts a long time.

Great headset! Got this for my son for his birthday and he loves it. He says the sound is amazing and the earcups are very comfortable.

These are some of the best headphones I have ever used. Logitech listened to the customers. Those of us without the need for the X version of these, this fits the bill perfectly. The ability to switch between all 3 PC, Xbox, PS works very well. The Mobile G Hub App Lacks a bit of user friendliness, however I was still able to set some really great preset EQ's. Overall its about a 9/10. If you're looking for heavy bass this isn't the top performer. But the cleanliness of the audio that can be achieved for this price point is truly great.

This is easily my favorite pair of headphones. They’re super light, sound great, and have pretty good battery life.

This is by far the best wireless headset ive ever had. The price is expensive but has everything i could ask for. The side tone which is a must for me is the best wireless side tone that ive tried. I was scared because there was no usb to plug into the computer to charge but the stand plugs into an outlet and i have not had to worry about the battery life. All of my friends have complimented on how clear and professional the microphone sounds. The speakers also produce loud quality sounds. There is a bunnch of mixer settings in the Logitech G Hub app.

The Astros are an excellent pair—comfortable, immersive, and perfect for zoning out and staying fully focused on your game.

Seems well built and durable. Very light. Great battery life. Ear pads are the easiest to remove and be upgraded with aftermarket ones.

One of the best headsets i have ever used for console. Its light and extremely comfortable for longer sessions. With a sound profile thats hard to match. Feels like your in a cinema

This is my 3rd pair of Astro A50's and each time ive owned a new gen version, they manage to keep improving them from the overall comfortability to the sound quality getting better. Games sound like im living in it and there are times where i hear things that my other friends who are playing cannot hear cause there not using Quality headphones like thsese A50's. 5-Star all day long .. i love these

I bought these as a replacement for my Astro 50 Gen 4 headset. So far these are as good as the Astro's but the difference is you have to use the Logitech G-Hub and not the Astro command center. The use of USB-C is a major plus over the micro USB found on the Astro's but having to use the adaptor to plug the base into the wall compared to using only one Micro USB cable on the Astro base is a slight pain but given the Logitech can be used across all platforms from PC to Nintendo Switch with Xbox and Playstation is understandable. The only other slight annoyance I have with the logitech over the Astro is when you place the Logitech headset down they don't go to sleep unlike the Astro's where after a few seconds of being placed down they go to sleep. Overall if you're looking for a good headset and don't mind the steep price these are the way to go but wait till they go on sale to buy. There is the Logitech A50x but to me isn't worth the extra $100 just for the HDMI through put, these are the same without the HDMI through put.

Id say over all its comfy and has a great sound this series has always been one of the top favs.
