The Astro A50s are, without question, one of the best gaming headsets I’ve ever used. From the moment you put them on, the premium build quality and comfort are immediately noticeable. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s been great. Mic sounds crisp and clean, ear muffs sit comfortably on my head, and overall it’s been great. At first I was wary about the charging station but it makes it easy to remember to charge them and the battery life on them is great to. I got this for my pc. if you’re on the fence about this one or the $400 dollar version it doesn’t make a difference on pc only consoles. I did some research on it and that is what I figured out. So pc players save yourself a $100 bucks and get this version. It syncs well to the Logitech app on pc too and there’s a bunch of presets others have made for music or specific games on audio and for mic. Overall love them and would recommend

Sound is good and comfortable for me. Wanted to cut down on the amount of wires I was using for my previous Astros. which this helped by only needing the power cord and the 2 usb c port cables I need . I use it with my ps5 and pc and it switches easily between both. For the price it was a great deal for me.

Great set, connects way better than the older ones. No connection issues so far. Bluetooth connects easily and automatic to secondary devices like phones for texts and media audio. Drivers are comparable to previous generation (dont seem to be missing out by upgrading) battery lasts longer than 12 hours at max volume. Range is comparable to previous owned version. Sits on dock much easier than previous versions. Mic quality upgraded to being comparable to blue yeti stand alone mic. Much better. Works great with Logitech Ghub. Astro software has not been needed once. All cables needed for pc gaming were included and of high quality.

Absolutely no need to go the A50X if you're simply a PC gamer. This works perfectly as advertised, extremely extremely comfortable. I upgraded from the Steel Series Arctis Pros that I already thought were comfortable and good quality. These blow those out of the water regarding weight, earcup comfortability, sound, settings, firmware.

I used the Astro A50 3rd generation headset for years and absolutely loved it—so I wasn’t sure how much better the 5th generation could really be. And I even explored many other headsets to see which would have the best audiophile (SoundCloud X, Berydynamics MMX330 pro openback, Astro A30, Astro A40). But man, Astro knocked it out of the park with this one. The sound quality, comfort, and overall performance are top-tier. It’s clear they refined everything that made the older version great and somehow made it even better. The wireless connection is seamless, the battery life is solid, and the updated base station is a nice touch. I’m not paid or sponsored to say this—I just rarely come across a product this dialed in. If you’re on the fence, take the leap. The 5th gen A50s are the real deal.

By far the best headset for gaming we’ve had, it’s easy to switch from pc and PlayStation. Sound quality is top notch and on point. Comfortable to wear hours at a time. Great battery life as well.

These headset are hands down the best ones i bought so far! Their pricey but worth it if you have the funds their comfortable, loud, got good bass, the adjustment on them are nice and the mic is good my friends tell me i sound clear and loud. You can also connect your phone to the headset while gaming and listen to music. Battery life is also good on them. I have bought many different headset like turtle beach, steel series, and other brands and these astro 50 are first pair of the astro brand ive bought and are the best headset ive had! Happy i was able to finally buy this one!

I had the A50s and these are very similar to those. These are more comfortable, better sound quality, don't disconnect randomly like the other ones did, and are very flexible. I think for the price they are a great buy. There are times I have to take them off because the sound is so good I think something is going on in my house, but it's just sounds in the game you don't notice until you have these on. Highly recommend.

Very light weight and fits perfectly over the ears. Not too bulky or hard on the ears. Audio is very clear. Easy setup and quick charge rate. I originally had the Astro A40 but I really love the A50 wireless version even better.

Being able to create per-app equalizer profiles is a game-changer; I have a high-treble preset that automatically kicks in for competitive shooters to highlight footsteps, and a warmer, bass-heavy profile for cinematic single-player games. It even switches to a mid-range focused "Broadcast" EQ the second I hop into a Zoom or Teams meeting. The hardware itself is just as impressive. The new PRO-G GRAPHENE drivers provide incredible clarity and sound separation that dynamic drivers simply can't match. I’ve found the PLAYSYNC feature to be seamless—switching between my PC and PS5 with a single button press on the headset saves me from the constant cable swapping of previous generations. Plus, the 24-hour battery life and magnetic charging base ensure it's always ready for an all-day session. Pros: Precision Customization: 10-band parametric EQ via G HUB allows for incredible audio fine-tuning. Graphene Drivers: Noticeably sharper audio detail and spatial accuracy in FPS titles. Simultaneous Bluetooth: Essential for taking calls or listening to music while gaming. Cons: Software Learning Curve: To get the most out of the per-app profiles, you’ll need to spend some time in the G HUB settings.

Very great sound quality and it never dies with the charging station. Love the look of it and the feel. Amazing headset overall just a little pricey though.

The packaging consisted of a big boxes with everything wrapped up nicely inside. The instructions were easy to follow on how to plug everything up and get it going. I already had LGHUB installed and after plugging the headphones in, they immediately were recognized and started working. The headphone only had 1% battery out of the box so I fully charged it before its first use (about 4 hours). They are super comfortable and sound really good. Best wireless headphones I've used to date.

I recently got the A50 Gen 5, and overall I’m really impressed: the PLAYSYNC Audio is a game-changer — I can switch seamlessly between my Xbox, PC, and Switch with just one button, which is super convenient. The PRO-G Graphene drivers deliver crisp, detailed sound, and the 24-bit LIGHTSPEED wireless connection feels clean and lag-free. I also like the 24-hour battery life + the base station dock — it’s really practical to just drop it on the dock when I’m done. On the flip side, the comfort isn’t perfect: the clamp is a little tight and the headband pressed on my head more than I expected, which gave me a headache after long sessions. Some folks (including me) noticed the stock earpads leak sound and could have been better — I ended up wanting to upgrade them. Also, the Astro Command Center software isn’t super intuitive, and I ran into a couple of annoying firmware update issues where I had to reset the headset.

Amazing sound quality. Very immersive. Also works great with other media types like music and movies. The app you can download gives you endless options for EQs to really dial in those footsteps if you’re playing an FPS. Or tweak the EQ for music and really get the bass bumping and the treble just right. Also the battery life is really good I’ve worn them for 10+ hours at a time without needing a charge and still probably had another few hours before they would’ve needed a charge. Also the mic quality is great you can also set an EQ on that as well. It’s a very versatile headset with many things to tinker with if you’re someone who truly loves audio.

I've been gaming for as long as I can remember. I have probably been through 20 or more headsets. This is by far the most comfortable, best sounding, and best microphone, on a gaming headset. The battery life is great, the distance of Bluetooth is also a nice bonus. It is more on the expensive side, but they were so good I even bought my girlfriend a pair!

Great headset, complete upgrade from my old steel series arctis 7. It is a bit heavier but the sound profile is customizable and provides more depth. Battery life is great so no worries there. It is astonishing good looking headset and feels robust, the glossy finish is pleasing. It was 278$, so it might me out of price range for some but I feel like the 220-250 range suit the gaming community better.

At first I was skeptical about it especially with the price range but man do I love them. They connect to bluetooth and the game at the same time so if I am on the phone with someone I can also hear the game I am playing and them. The microphone quality is very clear and I like that the headphones are transparent rather than having like a noise canceling feature already active 24/7. They are also very light and weight close to nothing.

Best headphones I've ever owned. The sounds is great. One of the things I wanted was to NOT have the voice feed back into the headphones like the steel series do. The charging dock is great, no issues getting it to charge. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE is that when you connect to the Bluetooth for your phone or anything else, it connects to the dock instead of the headphones themselves. So if you walk away from the dock, they can disconnect.
